Country Side Apartments

I am a current frustrated tenant at Country Side Apts. for a little over two years. The management here is awful and so is the maintenance. On this evening I noticed my ac wasn't getting cold. I went to the maintenance man's apt and told him what the problem was he then said that It was nothing he could do about it, he had no tools and the ac man couldn't get here until tomm. I began to get very frustrated because I have a small child with no ac for the rest of the night and god only know's when or if the man will show up on tomm. I just felt that was very inconsiderate of him and that he wasn't concerned not one bit. He is the worst maintenance man ever he does no work and lives here practically free. The office is only open three days a week and 99.9% of the time they are not there. I will be turning in a 30 day notice on tomm because I cant take it living hear any more.Desired SettlementI would like this to be solved by getting my ac fixed asap, and getting my full security deposit back.The management company should really look into who they have working for them because I'm really interested in knowing if they know what goes on out here.
