Do not use Houston Tree Service since they outsource various work crews that have no experience as an Aborist We called them since the website showed they are experienced Aborist but later found out the founder Desmond [redacted] has nothing to do with this company any longerI waited several weeks for one of the sons to show up and review damage but never arrived They did waive the $bill payment but I really wanted the sons who inherited the company to see the damage done by crews they hired Accidents happen but the crew tried to hide the damage since we were gone a few days and that's what so disappointing

I should have read the reviews before hiring this company It seems like they have a reputation for missing appointments, not calling people back, and running off with depositsHere is my story: My contact at the company was Ashley *** He is an owner of the company Very professional guy, but I think more a coward since he cannot tell you a job cannot be doneI hired them to remove trees off my property in Richmond They left three stumps and one tree It took several calls to get Ashley to go out and take a lookHe promised they would return No one showed up He was good about answering his phone and returning texts until now When you call the office, they just tell you "he is in the field."
As of this writing, I had been waiting four days for a call back Reading all the reviews, I guess I should not waste my time Everyone else here has painted an accurate picture of this companyJust be careful before hiring this company to do any tree work

Unsupervised tree trimming company cut down the wrong major limb of a neighbor's treeThis colossal error now means I will have to live with branches hanging over my property for the foreseeable future since to trim the limbs we had agreed on would likely now kill the treeThe utter lack of supervision is unacceptable and they have offered no
solution to address the issue

Review: We have purchased two water park day passes ($15 each, total 30 value ) and a gift card ($100 value, with $42.75 left) of this business and forget to use them later on. When I recently contact the business, their representative refuse to hornor the day passes and the gift card values, saying they were expired after 24 months of issuing (the 24 month expiration statement is stated on the card) and the card is issued before the FTC laws were taking effect on August 22, 2010. While there is no date indicated on those cards, and the fact FTC laws were put in place on a later date do mean that this is not a fair practice to put an expiration date on the gift card or passes. I believe as a business in good standing , they should provide better service to their local residents by doing more than just barely meeting the minimum expectation per required by the laws. I have paid them, it is not fair that they refuse to honor those payments simply because I have forgot to use those cards.Desired Settlement: I would like to get refund for the values of two water park passes ($30) and the value lefted on the gift card ($42.75).

Review: On 03/26/2016 My son attended a birthday party. They were in the water park area for swimming. My son and another friend put there personal belongings in a locker where he was told that he didn't need a lock on it. My son bag was removed from his locker which the took his cell phone and his credit cards. They also stole his friend cell phone, which was in his locker as well. When my son went back in he noticed his bag with his belongings were not in there. He looked in another locker where he found his bag. But his friend belongings were still in there but his cell phone was gone as well and my son looked threw his bag and noticed his cell phone and credit cards were missing. The mother asked the supervisor at the front desk at the water park which her name was Stacy and she told the mother they probably wouldn't come for something like this. My son said she was not professional to be a supervisor and she didn't take the situation serious at all. I then called up to the hotel and asked to speak to a manager. They put Stacy on the phone I just wanted to know if someone tried to use my son credit card would they require identification. She told me she didn't feel comfortable answering that question. She was rude and unprofessional. I then called the Waukesha Police station and they told me they never said they wouldn't come out for something like that. They said they definitely would have came and took a look at the cameras. Then when they called back and asked her why she said that, she then lied on the mother that was there and said she didn't say that the mother didn't want to wait on the police. That was a lie also. I left a message on the general Manager voicemail, concerning this situation I got no call back. This was Sunday morning, when I left the message.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to contact me regarding her actions.
