Country Squire Homes Reviews (4)

Dear [redacted] ,When we spoke, you indicated that we could not include names of the parties and I was advised to send you the documentation directly and you would upload what was appropriate I am now finding that nothing appears to have been uploaded and that the case is stating that it is closed, yet unresolved.I wish to go on record that Point Bonita feels that we have handled Ms [redacted] complaints fairly and without bad faith She was dissatisfied that there was construction in the immediate vicinity of her apartment, so we agreed to release her from the lease early We processed her security deposit promptly and she received the balance refunded to her, less any pending charges that were due The charges that she is disputing are electric usage charges based on actual meter readings The meter is only for her unit Ms [redacted] contends that her bills had significantly increased I explained to her that we had previously been capping the amount billed and that we stopped doing this (as reflected on the attached ledger) starting with the billing for January I am also attaching the bills for billing periods one year apart that show that the kilowatt hours used during both months were very close from one year to the nextPlease let me know if you have any questions. Thanks, [redacted] Community Manager

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
[Did not receive any additional deposit refundStill dispute utility billsTheir response appeared to be asking for time; not a resolution-response so not sure why I have to respond.]

Hi [redacted], I just received your inquiry dated 12/23/16 about complaints alleged by [redacted] who formerly resided in [redacted] here at [redacted].  This is the first letter that I have received, most likely as the letter was addressed to an employee that has never worked for us, but was...

employed by the previous owner.  I hope you will still allow me the 10 days response time that is noted that I should have in the letter (attached). I am confused by the verbiage in the instructions that state I should not specifically reference the person.  She has included my name is in the complaint and the only way for me to conclusively define my position is by providing copies of the residents utility bills and other documents that I have.  We have been more than generous with Ms. [redacted], including allowing her to break their lease without the usual penalty as per our lease with her.  I will gather all of the emails, invoices and other data and forward to you for your review/publishing.  I will be happy to submit all of the documentation and my statement directly on the Revdex.com website if you prefer. Thanks, [redacted]Community Manager[redacted] CA  [redacted].comwww.[redacted].com
