Country Suites

This is in response to a complaint with an ID of [redacted] - [redacted] (wife is [redacted] )If someone uses a debit card --- the card will automatically be authorized for the full amount of the stay and will hold it This insures that if someone runs out of funds ---the hotel still gets paid as it is still holding funds It usually takes anywhere from 1-days depending on their bank Several of our local hotels if not all do this as well So they would have run into this everywhere in Bismarck[redacted] was playing in the McQuade's Softball tournament and unfortunately -we cannot control where the guests/kids wander I am sure there were ticks out at the parks ---this is out of our control and we did not hear about this until receiving this letter[redacted] ---apologized for his wife's behavior and said they have plenty of money in their account, he was truly embarrassed of her actions and tyrant actions during their stay but as you can see she is out to get her money back We gave them the ultimate service ---and we deserve to get paid If you need to talk to someone ---it should be [redacted] as this is coming from her as it is her phone number and her email and not hisWe went above and beyond to making their stay enjoyable ---she even apologized before they left So I find this unfortunate that she doing this We even called her back to follow up to make sure the charges had dropped which they had So I am truly confused with this as we went above and beyond the customer service level.Cheryl [redacted] General Manager Country Suites

I am rejecting this response because:
I am using my wife email and I did not say those things about my wife either. This hotel has told us 3 different things in regards to this incident. First they said "they don't charge the card" second they said "it was a deposit". Also, they charged my card not once but twice and we didn't not feel they responded to us in a kind matter. We occurred overdraft fee's because they took two two night stays from us and yes it's been returned however the hotels imcompintence caused us several over draft fee's which still haven't been satisfied.  Thank you and how petty the hotel mentions my wife, she is 9 months pregnant and was worried how to feed our 3 children.
