Furniture was purchased for my mother The furniture began to tear/rip/become unsurfaced Leather furniture was bought from this store to include a warranty that was suppose to fix any issues with the furnitureIt was made by Ashley Furniture Industries , Inc Hwy West Bldg.# Ecru, MS USASerial # [redacted] My mother who is on a fixed income (senior citizen) spent over $for a sofa and loveseat that is now destroyed due to the fact that the company will not honor the warranty despite that fact that we provided pictures and filled out documents on the web site Our furniture claim [redacted] dealing with the Montage Furniture Services / CareTeamwas not accepted due to their determination that the destruction of the furniture was not covered under the warranty When the items were purchased, a warranty leaflet was not provided The damage that happened to the furniture was not done by my mother and the company refuses to send someone out

Request to return furniture that was delivered I purchased a sofa sectional January 31, The day of delivery, Feb13, we received a call that they did not have all the pieces (was told it would be weeks for the missing piece.) Ashley delivered the sectional incompleteI was not home at time of delivery and unfortunately my husband signed for the orderWe decided to change the set up of the sectional and no longer needed the missing piece along with a corner piece that was delivered (unusable at this point)I called within an hour to cancel the missing piece and see about returning the cornerI was told to call the number to cancel the missing pieceI immediately called their number and was told to call the store direct that their office did not handle thatAgain I called the store to talk to a managerI was told everyone was busy and to leave a number someone would call me back At 3pm the same day I called again This time I was able to speak to a man

We got king suppose to be tempurpedic mattress and tempur-pedic bases with head liftThey sent posterpedic instead of tempur pedic

I purchased a King Fallon II Plet Sealy mattress set from Ashley Furniture Homestore in *** Alabama on September 6, The mattress set comes with a year manufacturing warranty In 2015, I contacted the manufacturing company regarding the mattress set as I was suffering from neck and back pain due to the mattress sinking on the sides and bulging in the middle The representative that I spoke with said there was only a year warranty on the mattress and there was nothing that they could do
As I continued to suffer from back, neck, and leg pain, I felt the need to attempt to contact the manufacturing company again On April 25, 2016, I contacted the manufacturing company and spoke with a representative from dsghome.com, who was very helpfulThe representative advised me to take pictures of the mattress and the tag located on the mattress and email them to her She also told me someone will contact me regarding a technician coming to my home to inspect the mattres
