December 14, 2016Dear [redacted] ,I am responding on behalf of John M [redacted] since he is out on medical leaveI am his partner at Travelworld.I am aware of [redacted] ***'s many complaintsPlease know that I traveled with [redacted] on the lceland Tour as the tour escort for this groupNot once during the tour did [redacted] voice any Complaints or Concerns to meSince our return he has sent numerous emails which I have answered and included for your review.Initially, Travelworld confirmed group space for a total of passengersThe tour filled quicklyTravelworld is a full service retail travel agency and pride ourselves on giving exceptional ServiceWe then had several loyal clients who were waitlisted for this tourJohn M [redacted] worked very hard to get additional space to accommodate themI have included a [redacted] Post from Jim W***, one of the wait listed passengers who was able to go, as proofMrW***, as well as many others, had a very positive experienceI have also included an email from Mike and Janis S [redacted] who enjoyed the tour.This tour was confirmed by our tour operator, Gate There was no change in price whether we had or The cost of the tour was $1,per person based on double occupancyThis included the motor Coach to Newark, Non Stop flights via [redacted] , Nights at the [redacted] Hotel (a 4Star Hotel) with tax and breakfast, City Tour of Reykjavik, Northern Lights Excursion, All Tax, Departure Fees & Gov't FeesThe first time Gate took our group on the Northern Lights Excursion we only saw a glimpse of a green light for seconds; therefore, Gate went out of their way and took us, including [redacted] ***, a Second night to Several locations to try and view the Northern Lights at no additional expense to [redacted] or anyone on this tourThis involves a motor coach, driver and guideUnfortunately, we were not successfulI truly feel [redacted] received more than his money's worthAlso please be aware that the final payment for this tour was due to Travelworld September 1st, [redacted] paid us September 5th [redacted] Kingston, Pennsylvania *** Scranton, Pennsylvania [redacted] Phone ###-###-#### Phone ###-###-#### FAX ###-###-#### FAX ###-###-####www.AskTravelworld.comand we still held his spotA group meeting was held October 18th, prior to our November 10th departure, in which everyone attended to go over the details of this tourThere were no comments from [redacted] voicing his concerns.Iceland is an island with very dramatic weather patterns and unfortunately we experienced rain, hail and some snowEven though weather is out of our control, we did experience amazing natural wonders to include swimming in the Blue Lagoon, a geothermal spa and is one of the most visited attractions in Iceland, the geysers and witnessed intermittent discharges of water ejected turbulentlyJust amazing!To add to the natural wonders we visited Gullfoss, Golden Falls, one of celand's most beautiful waterfallIn spite of the weather we still were able to visit many of the Natural wonders which lceland has to offer.I responded to [redacted] ***'s many complaints via email as you can seeWe would have gladly answered his concerns before traveling and during the tour if he had voiced them to usI am sorry he did not enjoy his trip but feel that he has no justification for his complaints.I feel confident in your review of the enclosed information you will agree [redacted] ***'s complaints are unjustified.Best Regards,Debbie F*, CTC President

The cost of the tour was $1,599 per person based on double occupancy.
