We have checked the room and did not find the charger

Thank you for your response to a complaint I had made to the business of The Country View Inn, I left my electric tooth-brush charger at above address on 3/16/by my mistake Because it is a useless item to anyone else except to me, I believed that the cleaner would have turned it in to the motel's lost/found boxAfter numerous attempt to contact the motel, when I got hold of the owner, I did not get to speak of my concernHowever, I had left messages concerning about the charger. Even if it is lost, I am ok with it except when I contacted the motel three times and left two message regarding the charger The voice mail indicated that if no one answers the phone at the first time, I should call back within 4-minutesI called back timesNo one answered the phoneFinally few hours later my friend called from her house and a gentleman (*** the brother of the owner) answered When I told him my name, he screamed and hung up on meI found this behavior most unprofessional for a business If the cleaner had thrown the charger away by mistake, why not just admit the error? ________________________________________________________________________________...

Review: I was traveling from [redacted] to [redacted]. I stayed at the Country View Inn Room # 11 on Monday night 3/16/15. I signed in between 8 to 9 p.m. & I left the next morning around 9:30 A. M.

I arrived to [redacted] on 3/17/15, it was too late to contact the Country View Inn. The next day, I had to be in a surgery by 9 A. M. and I came home late yesterday. So, I could not contact the Country View Inn. However, I contacted them 3 times this morning. The recorder or the voice mail stated that if I need to speak to someone, I should call them back within 3 to 5 minutes of the first call. I called three times concerning about an item (Oral-B) tooth brush electric charger I left at the Country View Inn. But I never heard from them.

On the fourth time, my friend called with her home number. When someone responded the call, I got hold of him and asked about the charger, he was rude and demeaning (screaming at me that I could not understand what he was saying) to me and hung up on me.

This situation caused me not only a great deal of emotional frustration, but also it wasted my entire day trying to contact them. I could not take care of some other businesses I had planned. Time is of the essence.

Thank you for your attention in this matter.Desired Settlement: Please help me to get it settled. I would like the Electric Tooth Brush Charger back. I want to stop in and retrieve said item. I will travel during the week of 4/8/15 - 4/11/15.
