Review: The consumer provided his medical insurance information to the business when he checked in, however after a while the business stopped sending the medical claims to the insurance company. We confirmed with the insurance company that the business should still be sending claims to the insurance company first and the insurance company confirmed that they should (yes, the business should send the claims to the insurance company). We have sent the business numerous requests in writing, over numerous months, requesting that they send the claims to the insurance company, however as of today, 8/15/14, they still have not done so. The business needs to send all claims for service dates in 2014 to the insurance company. After, and only after, the insurance company receives and reviews the claims can we review and proceed with any outstanding amounts due.
