After given the time frame that the issue would be fixed on Tuesday, March 29, 2016, the problem has still not been resolved and now they don't know when it will be fixed. First they said they ordered a part to get it fixed and now they need an entire new boiler which they don't know when it will...

arrive to be installed. There is temporary hot water but there are still specs in the water. After emailing the management I've learned the specs are rust from the filters. They said yesterday was the first time they learned about the dirty water when I had spoke with their answering service after hours before yesterday to ask if anyone else had that problem. I've had the problem for over a week and it hasn't been resolved still.
