This is the most worthless "high" speed cable company out thereThey have yet to meet the speeds we pay for, they are constantly down, they dont return phone calls and have no problem taking your moneyThey are better than satellite but only because there isn't mandate cap

I have the 10MB package @ $(big city prices at country bumpkin speed)Very slow uploads speed at levels (less than 1MB) I have slow downs every evening downloading during primetime hours which tells me they have oversold their bandwidth (too small an internet pipe for users)Many outages for up to hours at a timeI pay top dollar and get a second rate providerI can live with the outages being a small company but the system is overloaded every evening and that is a money grab

For the past year I have been paying for business level internet services from Country Vision CableDuring service activation, Frank, the service technician, noted that the line running to my home, while showing proper signal, was outdated and questionable condition due to the fact that the line was strung up into the trees with string and cord, dangling precariously out of the treesHe stated that if I had any issues to call and they would replace the cable with updated line from a more reliable connectionWithin a month, I was making repeated calls to the office making complaints about loss of service and speed reduction almost every eveningI have been given one excuse after another, yet my home is serviced with the same outdated cable dangling from the trees, and now the owner’s voice mail has beenchamged to no longer state the issues would be addressed, just loggedWe have yet to receive a credit for lack of serviceIn the last year, my service has been at the level I have p
