Absolutely the worst trash pickup service everI called in before my last two months of service had ended, which I had already paid for, then I asked about getting the two months refunded if I canceledThey said no refunds, so I said okay well just keep the service going thenThen they missed pickup so I called in again and they said the account was marked as inactive because I canceledI explained everything, and she said they reopened itThen they missed the next pickup, so I called in again and they said that the account was inactive because I canceled itI explained that this was the second time this has happenedShe said there was no notes on the account showing I had called to re-activate itI tell her to re-activate itShe said she did and that they'd give me a credit for missing pickups, then I ask how credit will be madeThey literally say "well we aren't actually going to credit you"This is just a few of the many issues I've had with themThe people working here have no idea what they're doing, they're rude and [redacted] you off every time you have to call themWould not recommend them to anyoneThere pickup sucks too, miss pickup all the time and they're super strict
