I sent inquiries to the company with no response.I have seen several scam alerts from this company posted on the Internet .......so there is definitely something going on with this company.Sincerely,

which planted walware on my computer then they sent me to countrywidetech.org to supposedly remove the walware. It is the same kind of hack then scam with people who said they were from *** carried out. I will not pay criminals for scamming meAs I said in my 1st complaint, I signed the docu-sign document under duress because the man still had control over my computer and I thouight they would do something to ity if I didn't sign

Countrywide Tech tried to contact me by e-mail and by telephone, but I would not answer to them. They are criminals and I would not
speak with them. That is why I went through a third party (you). There not answering your inquiry speaks volumes as to their culpability. I hope you try to contact them again regarding my complaint. Thank you

This place is a scam. They said they were affiliated with [redacted]. They said we had a computer virus that we didn't really have. When we said we didn't want them to fix our computer they said they had already had a copy of our hard drive. It was a threat.

We researched internally on [redacted] concern and found that she has not paid any money.  Therefore, [redacted]  is listed as non paying customer in our CRM despite her issue was fixed . Countrywide Tech’s primary area of business and expertise is to provide technical support related services to its clients. This includes but not limited  to troubleshooting and resolution of software-related issues, including installation and activation of critical software applications required to enhance system performance, troubleshoot issues related to primary operating systems, anti-malware software and related services. We support all kind of **, [redacted], and [redacted] devices but at the same time, we never claim to be [redacted] and/or [redacted] while proving services to our valued customers. We provide the services to our customers and at the same time trust our customers to make the payment after they are satisfied with the services.  We make every effort to satisfy our customers and customer satisfactions are our at-most priority. However, sometimes it’s difficult to deal such a situation where customer enjoys the services and then files unwanted complaints which waste your and our time.
