Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The manager is obviously the expert in this case and had he explained it this way to me and the owner of the paintball gun I would have just advised him to take it back to the store where he bought it from originallyThe manager was rude and unreceptive and just wanted to shoo us awayAs anybody would have done, my friend was extremely upset with that fact that he passed the paintball gun in Perfect condition to the staff and got it back broken and simply being told it broke and then being told by a manager it's not his problem over and over againHe can not say I provided information as he did in the previous statement because this was a brand new item, it was in perfect condition when the staff received it and the staff returned it faultyFinally, the manager DID NOT give this kind of explanation to me or the owner In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***
