[redacted] To Whom It May Concern: I was hired by [redacted] in March to install a dishwasher and a micro hood When I went to install the dishwasher I told her that the plumbing was not right I hooked it up under the sink with a supply line to the dishwasher I told her that the plumbing should be changed to hook it up properly She said that she was going to update the plumbing when she redid the kitchen She was in agreement with hooking it up this way for now She indicates here that she sent a text message on May **, I do not lock my phone, but I never received a text message from her in May I had a virus on my phone, which may have caused me not to get the text She never followed up with a phone call to my business numberI spoke to her in June once my cell phone was fixed She told me it was leaking in the wall Which is not anything that I touched when I did the installation under the sink I only give day warranty on installation of appliances unless in writingIf it was leaking it should have been leaking with in the first few weeks of hookup If you need any further information, please feel free to contact me at ###-###-#### Sincerely yours, [redacted]
