Review: I purchased a refurbished computer from this business for $250. The computer never worked right. It would just shut down and I could not re-boot it. There was a warranty and the owner was really nice about honoring it as far as telling me to bring it in and he would take a look at it. He would tell me each time that it was okay and I could pick it up. When I got it home the same problems would occur. I have taken it to him 5 times and each time he tells me it is fixed. It is not fixed. I cannot get it to boot up at all. The first time it malfunctioned he told me it had to be my cables or surge protector. I replaced all of those items and the problem still exists. I have another computer repair man looking at it because [redacted] has not fixed it the 5 times I have taken it to him. This whole experience has cost me greatly with work time lost and running the computer back and forth.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund or replacement that works.
