I am rejecting this response because:First of all, no adjustments have been made to our fence since it was installed as claimed by Countryside FenceLee came to our house once last Fall after the initial instillation to address our concerns, but entered our backyard without our knowledge and sustained a minor dog bite when our 6-year old lab mix mistook him for an intruderLee left that day without making any adjustmentsLee also claims his assistant made a minor adjustment recently, but I was home all day on the date in question and no one came to the door or worked on the fence to my knowledgeIf work was done, it was done without our permission and without us having the opportunity to explain what needed to be fixed in the first placeFurthermore, visually it does not appear that any adjustments have been madeThe chain-link still sits well above the ground along the length of the fence and can easily to pushed back and forth creating a gap underneath.Secondly, Lee did offer to drop the fence to the ground where ever possible, however, he has yet to keep a scheduled appointment to make those adjustmentsThe issue is not related to dips in the ground as Lee claimsIt is related to poor installation as evidenced by a consistent gap along the entire length of the fenceAdditionally, Countryside Fence never once offered us money for landscaping if dropping the fence compromised the appearance of the top rail as Lee claims in his response.Thirdly, I am appalled by Lee's comments, "A small dog determined to escape its handler will dig and push until successfulPerhaps that is the problem." Our 1-year old Boston Terrier is the sweetest little dogHe pushes at the fence in an attempt to play with the neighbors' children and dogsWe installed the fence to keep our dogs safely confined to our yardDue to the poor installation by Countryside Fence, we are not confident in the fence providing the safety it should Lastly, Lee did not even address the fact that the fence was installed significantly inside our property line along the West perimeter in his response.I am frustrated by the information being provided by Countryside Fence in regard to our complaintWe simply want the issues with our fence resolved for our dog's safety and our peace of mind; and it should be done at no charge considering the issues result from poor instillation on the part of Countryside Fence[redacted] ***

I have been there twice to address the problem of a determined to escape dog, and made adjustments. My assistant also visited the site, and made another minor adjustment. Evidently the dog can still find an exit. I stated that if appearances are not an issue, I would drop the fence... to the ground where ever possible, as the yard is not without dips. I also offered one hundred dollars for any landscaping that might remedy the problem if compromising the appearance of the top rail as I mentioned was not satisfactory. A full refund is a ludicrous request in view of the determined to escape dog, and the simplicity of the offered solutions, with a partial refund. A small dog determined to escape its handler will dig and push until successful. Perhaps that is the problem. It was fine a year ago after my visit resulting in a vicious dog bite and what at the time was adequate service to the fence. This is my first complaint in forty years.
