Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to [redacted] and am accepting the fact that our request to have our relationship terminated has been accepted. I want to thank ** * for articulating the events that have occurred. I've since moved out of the home and unfortunately, all of my belongings are currently in storage, so I am unable to neither confirm nor deny the comments provided. I do, however, have a few clarifications/comments to add to clear up the inaccuracies of Jay's response. On 6/22 [redacted] did not drop off 2 crew members. They came in their own truck and after a few minutes of attempting to cut the grass they stopped. When I asked them what was going on, they informed me that they had to wait for the foreman because he wasn't sure how to cut the backyard. I don't need to be a landscaping professional, nor do I have to run a crew of landscapers to hear what an individual tells me. He used to be a chef and he was now doing landscaping, he was new and wasn't sure how to cut our backyard, it was the first time he was at our property. I simply conveyed what this individual told me. He, and his colleague, waited for the foreman to get to the property. And I have run a successful business for over 25 years, so I'm keenly aware of the level of service anyone should be provided.[redacted], his foreman, and the other employees who were at the house, all knew that they broke the lock on the gate. It is puzzling that [redacted] believes these are accusations, when these are factual events that occurred and communicated. In the few weeks prior to my moving out of Sussex County, I hired a new landscaping company to maintain our property. An individual, one person, was met with "tall grass" -- the grass was cut and the edging was completed in under 2 hours. It doesn't take a landscaping professional to know that this comparison highlights a drastic discrepancy on the number of people and the amount of time it takes to maintain a property. 2 total man hours vs 13 seems outlandish. The fact is, the crew showed up a week after we requested the grass to be cut. We requested the grass to be cut after a few weeks - something we had traditionally done this time of year. The fact that [redacted] waited another week was his decision and we shouldn't be penalized for it. I do not recall [redacted] telling me that they had to plan of this, I recall him telling me that they haven't forgotten about me. And the fact was, the grass was not high at all. When I questioned the foreman about this bill, he simply commented that they were already paid and he wasn't sure what the bill was for. Why we were treated this way when we go through this every year is beyond me.I wish him and his business luck in the future.Regards, [redacted]
