All the trim, close-up, ends etc. was done during 1st year warranty period (Well documented by [redacted] Homes and State of Kentucky.) by [redacted] Homes.  Countryside Homes was responsible for the set-up, and passed the State inspection.
[redacted] Homes spent several days with their crew trying to please Mr. [redacted] of which their last trip they have a signed off completed list of all items.
Mr. [redacted] called me and asked if we would come back 1 1/2 yrs. later and re-do some items that he wasn't happy with.  I still don't know why he didn't get [redacted] Homes to do while they were there if he wasn't happy.  I advised Mr. [redacted] that if he would give me a Hold Harmless Agreement, I would address 3 items.  He did and you have copy of agreement.  We addressed these 3 items.  We are completed with this project.
Sincerely,
[redacted] F. [redacted], President, Countryside Mobile Homes, Inc.

There is about to be another inspection...many of the problems are manufactures mistakes and failures....several are on Countryside such as marriage line issue with floor etc...as they are liable for set up and [redacted] has made that abundantly clear..we have both health and safety issues evolving out of this already horrific situation even as this is typed. We have spoken to [redacted] which is [redacted] manager/salesman and he assures us we will be taken care of but yet no one has been here to fix said problems with the exception of heat/cooling issues which still has not been repaired due to wrong part coming in and still we wait for correct part. We simply hear that they will help us and here we are. There have just been court papers filed on the man whom [redacted] contracted for front porch as it was a 3mth nightmare in itself that still needs repairing. We paid for a new home and we will get what we paid for...the laws of this great nation back that up and we will not back down until this is made absolutely correct and inspected after the fact to verify that fact! [redacted] and [redacted] are good people but they are trusting [redacted] to do right...and have had evidence laid at their feet that [redacted] refuses to do the right thing...yet where does that leave us? [redacted] sold this unit and is liable to make sure this is corrected...not attempted but DONE correctly and passing the buck is simply aging the calendar nothing more. We have loss of income emotional stresses damage to property ...you name it the list goes on and was just informed by local authorities that this qualifies for [redacted] negligence ...for knowing that something is in dire need of repair both for safety and health and yet doing nothing makes said party as responsible as actual party whom cause issues...it is called guilt by association. We respect [redacted] and [redacted] and appreciate the help so far...but gentleman the task has not been completed...With that said let us stop wasting time and get things fixed shall we. No more pretty speeches just show the dedication to your customers with actions not words.[redacted] has been a tremendous help in the battle but stepping back and watching arrows fly is not the way he is supposed to handle this matter...he is being abused by [redacted] as much as we are so he should realize this is far from resolved
The [redacted] family gives as good as they ge

Countryside Mobile Homes, Inc. has tried to please the [redacted] family.  Notice the purchase date or date of original complaint.  [redacted] Homes has sent crews numerous times and ran numerous items of requested repairs.  Wall cracks are covered under contract for 90 days. ...

Ceiling cracks are covered under contract for 1 year.
Countryside has attempted to re-do additional out of warranty items, just to make Mr. [redacted] happy.  Mr. [redacted] told myself ([redacted]) and [redacted] Homes at the very beginning that unless we build him a patio off of the sliding glass doors or a garage, he would never be happy.  I advised him we would fulfill our contract agreement with him, but would not give him a free patio or garage.
I have not lied or mis-led the [redacted] family in any way and stand on my 35 year record of treating people the way I would want to be treated.
This home has passed a state certified set-up inspection.  It appears this customer cannot be pleased by the manufacturer ([redacted] Homes) or the dealer (Countryside Mobile Homes, Inc.) regardless of what we do.

Prior to Countryside Mobile Homes, Inc. final attempt to please Mr. [redacted] and family the following hold harmless agreement signed by the family was received from the [redacted] family.
It states as follows:
We the [redacted] family are cooperating with [redacted] and/or Countryside Homes of Benton, KY to get the needed repairs tothe inner and outer south wall of our home at [redacted]...though it is the place of [redacted] homes to do these repairs even by order of the state of KY via inspection...however [redacted] and his staff were kind enough to offer to rectify these problems already entioned as well as the office have holes knocked in walls at manufacture and hidden by desks as well as some door frames that were not shemmed properly....as well as doing the floor correctly removing the aluminum and doing floors as they were supposed to be done...touching up minor cracks as well.
[redacted] and staff have agreed to take care of a few items to make this the home we expected even though it is [redacted] place to do this...as mentioned [redacted] and staff have agreed to take care of these things for us...We the [redacted] family are fully understanding and agreeable that [redacted] was not liable and is doing this out of pure kindness to help our situation and there is no need for fear of an unfriendly atmosphere either way from either party.
All is agreeable with the [redacted] family and [redacted] this day of 5/3/15
[redacted],[redacted]
Signed and dated 5/4/15

Well the agreement we signed with them would be great with the exception My [redacted] has yet to allow his staff to complete the work he pulled them off before they were able to do any of the grout work around desk or other places that has busted loose even after repairs you still must grout...after doing floors they also left a place where carpet is sagging to the point it is going to trip someone and cause injury or tear carpet...again staff was planning to finish but [redacted] rudely pulled them off....doors ..entrance to master bath and closet in master bath both have never been adjusted...again pulled them off prior...as for ceiling being out of warranty as he states....well considering they been named since day one and all avoided the ceiling it will still fall on criminal negligence....did Mr [redacted] know about ceilings from day one...YES  He will be a bold liar to state otherwise...first inspection addressed that fact ...and was ignored! That can be used in court as criminal negligence....We have spoken to [redacted] ..[redacted]s maintenance man and his exact words is He and his wife whom both work with [redacted] confronted him about all of the above including the lifetime warranty plumbing fixure and wrong curtain in bedroom and cracks in walls they were in process of...literally 1 or 2 days away from being done if plumbing part was located...[redacted] basically has lost his mind...treating customers like this and staff...[redacted] and his wife will be used as witnesses to the fact they were not allowed to complete work! [redacted] has continually did this wishy washy thing where he would cooperate then throw a fit and pull staff out...It is his choice but this level does give him a chance to correct his actions before it leads to much heavier legal actions....We have been advised by local assistant district attorney that this is very much heading toward criminal actions being filed at [redacted] considering these facts were documented well within warranty and have been avoided repeatedly!
