Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
Nearly everything said in this response is incorrectThe report I was sent said my dog hadn't been walked on for FIVE days of his stayI was informed there was a "double entry" system and that they could show me a piece of paper that could have been easily doctored at any timeThis is why I believe the report that was sent to me was the correct reportMy dog hopped in the car and I did not notice he was soaked until halfway homeI had no desire to return nor have any affiliation with a business that conducts such animal cruelty
I was not refunded the amount discussed with the owner and the $check that was sent to me had a different name on it so that I could not have cashed it anywaysThis business has refused ownership for any wrong doing and blames it merely on the unfortunate timing of me picking up my dogI have never been more disgusted with a business nor the disregard to their responsibility. When you write that there are two sides to every dispute, you are certainly correctMs*** pickedup her dog from our pet care facility after her 10-day vacationGranted it was an unusually busy day,but the office staff didn't
notice anything particularly amiss with her dog at the time of pick up.We received a phone call shortly after and my husband returned her call right awayMs*** told usthat her dog was "soaked" in urine when she picked him up (she didn't mention this when she put himin the car)My husband accepted responsibility, apologized, and offered to give her dog a free bathSherefused this service.She complained that her dog was not taken for his walks the last days of his stayIn truth, her dogreceived every walk that she had scheduled and went out for a half-mile walk every day of his stayWehave a double-entry system, so that we can verify that activities are given to the dogs in our careIn herdog's case, of the days were not checked off on our computer system (an oversight by a staffmember most likely) but the walker did mark off the walks on the wallboard.Again, my husband offered to show her the checklists from our activity board, but she refusedShedemanded a refund for the walks that she believed her dog did not receive, so we sent her a check for$($per walk).Ms*** has since written a review on our Facebook page saying that we have insulted her with ouroffer to bathe her dog and the $refund for the walksYou can read the review and my response here,if you would like:*** ***

Dear ***,Here is our reply***'s dog was given good, quality care while he was with usHe received every activity hewas signed up forThe only place we dropped the ball was that a staff member forgot to check *** activities offon the computerHowever, our double-entry system did in fact confirm that he received all activities as they weremarked off each day on our wall chartThat said, we offered to send *** a goodwill check for the walks thatshe mentioned were not marked off on the computer.We will gladly resend this goodwill check to any name and address that *** would likePlease have her writeto our email- [email protected] - with that information and we'll reissue that check.Terri J***Countryside Pet Resort and Spa

I never agreed to my dog missing only three walksThe report this company sent to me said he did not receive care for whole days out of his ten day stayThat is why I requested to be reimbursed for five daysMy dogs stomach was completely saturated in his own urine, which tells me that the report was not just an errorWhen I spoke to Todd he agreed to reimburse me for five days of careThen I was sent a check for only $made out to a name I've never heard ofI believe that all of these errors made by this company are verification of their incompetence.?

That is why I requested to be reimbursed for five days. My dogs stomach was completely saturated in his own urine, which tells me that the report was not just an error. When I spoke to Todd he agreed to reimburse me for five days of care. Then I was sent a check for only $15 made out to a name I've never heard of. I believe that all of these errors made by this company are verification of their incompetence.
