Sewer is broken had to move, charging me rent when house in uninhabitable. Complaining 2 years. Sewage backs up into house. Main line issue.
Tamara *** has been battling a sewer issue at *** for over 2 years, the first two times she had to pay the clean out fee herself when the issue is in the court's main sewer line. The last few times, the court has had the responsibility of cost/maintaining the system. She received notice on/or about 1/31/20 that she was required to remove part of an existing structure only 10 days before they refused to maintain their services anymore on approximately 2/7/20. As the home owner, monies were paid on approximately the 7th of February, after notification from the court Maintenance staff, to resolve the homeowner responsibility. Countryside's maintenance person, Chester, cashed the check same day, 2/7/20, but as of this time 2/29/20 has not performed the work. Mrs. *** had to move out as the residence is not habitable. Raw sewage is backing up inside of the residence. She had given her notice in January of selling the residence and moving, February 14th.

As of this 2/29 none of the promised work has been completed by Chester, the property's maintenance person. It has been Countryside's stance that Chester is their employee but the structure change is being 'done on his own time' and 'they are not responsible'.

Mrs. had a seller for the mobile home, but was waiting for the repair to get the new owner into the residence. The court has managed to use delay tactics to use the opportunity to get the same 'approved tenant' into one of their own rentals.

It is this author's opinion that *** is breaking the law leaving homes uninhabitable and preventing home owners from enjoying their residence, while not fulfilling their portion of the rental agreement, keeping services in working order.
Update: 3/6/20

Chester, the maintenance person for Countryside, started the demolition on Sunday March 1st. He completed the work within 5 days. Since then no work has been done to the main line. Chester is quoting as much a two weeks, we have paid the March rent per our agreement. Since this time, we have received a bill for $*** for the last clean out at the end of February, a $*** bill for refuse left on the sidewalk, after being instructed by Chester to take it off the deck so he could do the demo. They removed the refuse 1 hour after moving it to only leave a statement in it's wake. We have also found the court using our electricity without our permission. They used it to repair the trailer your news station brought to air about the section 8 housing.

At this time, we have a house we had to move out of, we cannot sell, and no idea what to do about it.

Desired Outcome

Repair, Refund for loss of use, Refund for money paid for hiring our own plumber, refund for electricity stolen, damages.

This company will not return my $*** deposit. I moved in ***.
This property management won't give me my deposit back of $***. I moved in *** it's now ***, I call they keep sending me back and fourth between the site manager and the property management company. Both saying the other is supposed to give my deposit. When I moved out they said they'd call for the walk through. They never called. I called to gey said everything was so ok. Now 4 months late to they saying I damaged the unit and won't return my deposit. I never damaged to b a unit. But they have we now 4 months later rented it to someone else. I keep calling to talk with someone they just hang up.

Desired Outcome

I would like my deposit back. First they said it's taking long because the site manager dad died and they behind, next they said the property management company corporate office manager dad died and they behind again. I just want my deposit back it's been 4 months.

We gave the required 30 day notice. But they still took out $*** rent for *** and haven't refunded $*** deposit. The local manager said he knew we gave proper notice and he'd let ***, the manager for Countryside Property Management, ***, know. We told him she still hadn't refunded it, and he said he couldn't help us. She won't return phone calls. They owe us $***.
