My technician Mike did remove the older porcelain toilet from the above mentioned customer's home. The toilet is the original toilet from when the home was constructed. The toilet broke when removing a spud from the rear of the toilet. Royal Flush Plumbing offered to install a
new toilet at no charge to the customer except for the labor. The customer insisted that he wanted a replacement toilet of the same make/model. We explained that this would be difficult to find and costly. I am willing to pay $which is what it would cost my company to replace it with a new style toilet

On October 30,Countryside Stove & Chimney received a letter from The Revdex.com In regards to an unsatisfied customerHer complaint was she did not
receive service In the amount of time that she was expecting. We received a phone call from this customer raising her voice that she needed service right at that timeWe told her that we would not be able to accommodate her right that day, as we would take note of the service that needs attention and we would call her in advanceShe then called the office two or three more times again raising her voice and we explained that we are so busy and we are doing the best we canAs a business owner, when a customer calls and is raising their voice, or using bad behavior we do not have to accommodate these phone calls
We contacted the husband and told him that we did not appreciate the behavior that his wife was causing on the phone and explained to him that we would get to it as soon as we couldHe, at that time was understanding and was always understanding when he made the callsNo-one seems to think of any service work to be done on their units at the end of the season or during the summer. We faithfully send out reminders to have service done during the months of April through August as we all know Fall starts our busy time.
We receive hundreds of phone calls every day and we schedule any service that needs to get done when we are in the area or another dayWe are accommodating new customers Installing their new units In the fall as It Is our
busy season.
We explained to the customer to shut the unit off and leave it off until we were able to get thereThe products that we sell are an alternative source of heat, and we hope that customers will accept our time for service callsAs we all know, there is always one customer that is not happy.
In seventeen years of business, our reputation is outstandingWe receive a lot of phone calls telling us how they appreciate our work and our employees
