As outlined in our attached lease we bill residents for utilities, trash, and rent by law we are not permitted to place the tenant invoices in the Post Office Boxes So we ask tenants to pick them up at the park office this has been our system for the past years and ***
has always picked up her bill with the other tenants We enjoy having Erin as a tenant but if she is unwilling to continue to pick up her invoices, we are happy to release her from her lease so she can move her home to a different mobile home park.
