Vehicle was dragged minimal distance to safely drop and tow from opposite end. Safety to our drivers is always our first concern. This was the only way to tow vehicle as debtor purposely parked vehicle in such a way it was the only way to engage with tow truck. Debtor has not
seen vehicle and has no idea if damaged.......simply upset vehicle was taken and making up complaints. I have inspected vehicle and no damage occurred. Our drivers are trained and highly qualified professionals doing a difficult job. Debtor at anytime could of taken personal responsibility and returned vehicle to lienholder under their own terms but failed to do so as requested by lienholder so vehicle was repossessed, safely, without damage or incident by our professional driver
