Dear ***, We have reviewed our contract with you and provided a copy confirming that you signed up for a month program to payoff creditors. We have no records of you signing up for a month program We reached settlements with out of creditors but had to stop the program as you did not want to make anymore payments to the program as previously agreed upon. We have provided all the documents that you has asked for proving that the you signed up for a month program and not months. All fees including legal fees and 3rd party trust fees were disclosed to you in writing at the time of enrollment , and agreed upon by you in writing. We have provided all the contracts and documents that you asked for in regards to all of your concerns. It is unfortunate that we were not able to address your concerns as we take pride in taking care of clients. We just don't know how to resolve your claim that you signed up for months, when everything we have in writing says months

Countrywide Debt Relief was able to settle my debt for more than half the amount owed to creditors! On certain cards, they negotiated it down by three quarters owed. I have nothing but praise for Tim [redacted] and CountryWide Debt Relief. My wife and I (mostly my past financial wrong doings) caused a huge financial hardship for me and my family.
