On or about 10/28/we did a job for [redacted] neighborWe billed the neighbor on 10/30/and the neighbor paid for the fence 11/08/On or about 4/8/ [redacted] wanted a fence estimate for more work in his yardI met with him and he showed me the gapAn 8' sectionI told him when we were in the area ,we would use longer boards to fill in the gapHe was OK with this.We still plan on taking care of this by using longer boardsDue to circumstances beyond our control this has not been as timing as we would have likedWe apologizeWe value our customers and will take care of this on or by July 25th
