Review: I am a new driver, since June [redacted], and I have been on the verge of getting my plates taken away, I have had major problems 3 times since I started with Country Wide, 1. My broker never put my middle name on my insurance card which put a hold on me getting my car the day I wanted, even when I paid full amount, I still had to wait until that issue was cleared, 2. The DMV threatened to take away my plates and suspend my license because of that same issue that they told me was RESOLVED, & when I called up Country Wide, I spoke to some women who told me I should call the DMV instead of them and there's nothing they can do about it, even after telling the lady that the DMV told me to contact my insurance company to have them send over my correct insurance over to the DMV to avoid any suspensions, I asked her if she can re-send the insurance card to the DMV and she said it was impossible, they cant fax over documents twice, she didn't let me finish, raised her voice and said I have no business calling them and she can't help me and my problem with the DMV was my own personal problem. I then got hung up on when I continued to say the DMV told me to contact Country Wide, when I called back, the lady whom I believe hung up on me the first time, answered again, and refused to give me her name, when I asked to speak to a manager, I got transferred over to the mangers voicemail, and till' this day, I have yet to get a call back from him, I left a message, hung up, called back, spoke to a lady named Dana, I explained to her the situation, and she said it would be no problem, she sent the DMV a second copy, and my issue got resolved. 3rd problem is, I got a letter from Country Wide stating that my insurance with them would be cancelled because of late payment, I have proof I pay all my bills on time. I don't even have an outstanding balance of even 1 months fee, I paid my amount even before the due date and they still send me a notice that my insurance was going to be cancelled, after several attempts of trying to contact Country Wide, even leaving messages with Human Resources, I never received a call back, I took it upon myself yet again to call up Country Wide, luckily, Dana again, answered the phone, and half way helped my through my problem, and said the payment takes 48 hours to go through, and will PROBABLY clear today, not promising me the situation would be dealt with and I won't have to call back, again. I didn't get a logical explanation as to why I even got a late notice cancellation if I paid even before my due date, I paid on the [redacted] of September, and my due date was the [redacted] of September.... I am hesitant to call again to speak to someone because I am on hold for a long time, I get nasty customer service, who speak to me in street slang and attitude, and I can't even get in touch with HR or a manager and it's no use of leaving messages because they don't call back, ever.
