Our move was a complete night mare They were not on timeThey didn't wrap or pad the furniture as stated in the contractThey didn't protect the floors They took smoke breaks all day They were not professional They sent guys one of whom was not a mover, just along for the day, being a 'helper
Now we are having a second night mare because we have damages This company has been nothing but adversarial and blaming us, the customer ...we should have purchased extra insurancewe didn't give the right address for receiving a claim form Any excuse they can find, not to make the bad situation better Clearly, we will never have our damage issues resolved
They have not taken any responsibility for anything which happened even though the owner assured us he would not leave us "hanging" that is exactly what is going to happen I would never recommend them, in fact I will make it a mission to let as many as possible know what an awful experience this was
