Heres the contract.  I have emails with them changing the contract and them admitting that they were gonna fix the car.   They also contaced me to come pick the car up.

Review: I purchased the car in june, here it is jan and I have not recieved registration or licence plate.

I bought in june 2013,with payments to be every other week. when they started the 1st and 2nd payments were okay, then they decided to take when they wanted instead of sat when they were soposed

it would be the following tuesday and it would mess up my account. I called mary, the lady I did business with, we agreed to do the payment every week, friday. working really well. when mary called to tell me she needed me to come in to have vin number checked I asked why. Instead of [redacted] telling me the truth, she said just come in. I tried to make it there, too many things going on. I offered to send pic by text, I said it matched the contract etc. we all went thru the holidays and she continued to take the payments. Now jan 11, 2014, she sends me a threating email that she hasnt taken any payments here in jan, if I dont come to office now to modify the contract she will reposses my car. I believe at this time she has breached this contract, and this is a direct threat over the smog and registration she failed to tell me about at the beginning, at time of purchase or at the time of first phone call. I can meet her at dmv, place to get smog, I do not want them to take the car and leave me sitting anywhere.I do have all the payments ready to pay her.Desired Settlement: to meet her/ or agent at DMV and at the place for the smog testing to be done. if car dose not pass smog for them to pay for repairs.for me to continu to make payments on a weekly basis.

Review: Vehicle purchased 06/15/2013 from County Auto Finance located in Costa Meda, Ca. The Sales Rep at the time of purchase was [redacted] stated to me that it would take approximately 90 days before I would receive my registration and current tags for the 2003 Black Kia Optima. I have attempted numerous phone calls between august to and including the present, regarding registration. I have called the Department of Motor Vehicles to find out the cost of the registration, I was then told that the VIN number was not showing (at one point) and then showed it was never completed. This vehicle has been towed on 2 different occasions. County Auto Finance refuses to be professional in any way. It has now been six months and the vehicle still has not received any proper documentation. I was also told that the business is going out of business and other customers have been having the same issues except the're vehicles are stolen vehicles the company was sealing to customers.Desired Settlement: To receive all money paid from time of purchase to and including the present date in the amount of $1,800.00. Being that this company is going out of business I do not wish to pay for a vehicle that may have been stolen and has not received proper registration for 6 months.

Review: I purchased a car feb 2013. the next month the car stopped running. I called the dealer a week later and they told me they would send someone to fix it. they said this probably 10 times up til now no one has came. when I email [redacted] she says someone will be here. I wait and no one comes.
