Review: County Cab Taxi cab #** around 8:50 Pm from [redacted] Terminal drove me t[redacted] a ride less than 15 minutes dropped the driver did not speak to me about a flat rate fee or even in that case spoke to me about I was expecting to see a fare of about $10 or so but when the driver reached the destination I realized he didn't even have his meter on when I asked him for the fare next thing I know he telling me the fare is $18 dollars. I asked him the driver how the rate get to $18 dollars it was an estimate plus a tip. This is totally unacceptable business practice if he informed me the price I could have made a decision I felt totally ripped off and when I tried to get name and info he sped off.Desired Settlement: $18 and fair practices and somewhat of apology
