No service in weeks with no answer or contact

County disposal has only picked up my trash on time once in the past four monthsAt one point I went five weeks with no pick-upIt is almost impossible to get them to answer the phone or return an emailMy trash can has now been at the road since Wednesday evening for scheduled piin Thursday and it is now Tuesday night with no service, no answering of their phone, and and answering machine that is turned offThis is the WORST customer service of ANY company I have ever had to deal withDo not even consider contracting with them

Since September, County Disposal has only picked up my trash timesI've called several times and no answerTheir answering machine says they are only one day behind, but this is the 2nd week since my last pick upI've emailed with no replyMy account is paid through December but they already owe me for four missed pick upsThanksgiving is this week and my can is fullDon't know if/when it will be picked upVery disappointingCan class action lawsuit be filed against this company due to no service and no refund?

County Disposal has failed to pick up trash as contracted for quite some timeI understood when they said multiple trucks failed, since it is a small company, However this failure has become their and they should stop and just foldAt this point they could offer me free months and based on how their service has been it would cover the next year or moreI would like a refund, but at this point they should just come, empty the bin and take it awayI have hauled away 4x as much to the local convenience center lately

I've had "County Dispisal" for a few years nowOver the last year it's been horrificThey come whenever they want, very rarely on time, and some days (not including the holidays) they don't come for a few daysThey had the nerve to put a note on our can a few months ago saying not to "overfill" the canBut how am I not going to overfill it when they refuse to come on time?? I'm not going to stack my garbage out on the back porch waiting for them to get there! If it only happened a couple times due to weather or (as they say on their website) "Acts of God", I would completely understandBut these were perfect beautiful days and they simply didn't show up - numerous timesThis all started happening after they ran my mailbox over with their truck and had to replace itThen this Friday they placed a note on our can stating they are canceling service in our area due to lack of interest - the very same day they put the note on itWow, no kidding!! Anyone who has them out here hates them because of this kind of stuff! So we aren't allowed to use their can in the meantime (so UNPROFESSIONAL!!!) and we have to let it sit out there at the end of our driveway for up to days while we wait for them to leisurely come around and pick it up! YeahThat's not happening! So I wrote them an email, no cursing of bad words, but definitely upset, and told them exactly everything I've just said along with, get your can off my property today (i.e., this Monday)They don't have the right to cancel service with zero warning and then "store" their can at the end of my driveway until they decide they have time to get it! THENTHENLittle miss "Janie" called me and left a voicemail on my phone wanting to speak to be about the emailSo I called her back and she proceeded to admonish me for sending "her" a complaint about it! I told her to send it to her boss! But since they are a family owned business, she is probably the wife of someoneShe couldn't imagine why I was so upset and wrote her an email about itShe couldn't fathom me being angry about their serviceI guess they need some customer service training, because they are all so very unprofessionalAnd instead of apologizing, she actually tried to make me feel like I was out of line for the complaint! So I told her the same thing on the phone that I told her in the emailThey have until tonight to get their can off my propertyAfter tonight, it goes into the streetI have the physical note they gave us stating they are no longer servicing us as of last Friday, so that can is no longer my responsibility! Tomorrow morning it sits in the street, and whatever happens to it is on them! She tried to argue with me, again, so I cut her off and finally use a couple cuss words that told her to get her $@%#* can off my $&@%#* property TODAYThen hung up on herI still can't wrap my mind around her calling to tell me how wrong I am for complaining to them!!! Lmao! Wow! When you get customer complaints, you listen to the complaint and try to make it rightApologize for what went wrong and calm the customer down if they become irateI've been in customer service all my lifeTelling the customer they are wrong for the complaint and how it "offended you" is NOT the way to get things accomplishedThis s why they have such a low star rating, and why they don't have anyone in our area that are interested in their serviceThey won't be in business much longer if this is the way they handle their sustainersWhat a crock of a company they have

County Disposal is the worstThey are notorious for not picking up trash on time and typically missed an entire week at least once per month I finally cancelled when they tore open my trash bags to inspect their contents I had a trash bag full of trash that had a small amount of plastic landscape netting They tore open my trash bag and decided the plastic was "yard debris" and refused to take any of my trash These guys are more like old hormonal women than professionals Take a look at the other services available in your area and stay away from this terrible company

I have not received trash pickup in the past weeks that were prepaid to this company as required for their servicesThey do not respond to emails and their phone seems to be disconnected

I paid in advance for a year of service A few weeks later, with only a two day notice, they cancelled service to my area (along with many other homes) I was told I'd be credited a refund in the following quarter...it's been a year, and guess whatstill no credit back I've called numerous times, have been given so many different excuses, and have even contacted a lawyer Unfortunately for me it'Lloyd cost more in fees to go after them then what I'm due back Lesson learned (never pay in advance), and I can now only warn others about this shady company!

County Disposal has very poor serviceThey are routinely late, so much so that I considered a pick up of 2-days late as stellar for themIt's not unusual for them to be 4-days lateWhen my trash is picked up in two week intervals instead of the one week interval service that I pay for, my account is not adjusted to reflect the lack of serviceThis company whines perpetually about circumstances beyond their controlHorrible events seem to strike them about every few weeksOne of the most frustrating issues is the inability to contact themDuring business hours they don't answer their phone, or the line sounds as though it is a fast busy for hours on endIn the old days we would have called that line "off the hook"After business hours you receive a messaged recordingThis recording will note the excuse of the week for why your trash is not picked up, tell you how to make your online payment, and then disconnectNo way to leave a messageThis is the case for the number listed on their toter as well as their customer service numberToday I came home from work to see a message on my trash toter that notified me that my service route was discontinued as of TODAYNo prior noticeThis company needs to either get it together and act like a legitimate business, or go out of businessDon't waste your time and money on these peopleThey seem to be very shadyWe'll see if they refund the money they debited from my account for the quarter,'for services they did not fulfillMy bet is not, since I see other people
have had problems with refundsGo elsewhere for your disposal servicesI should have canceled them months ago instead of putting up with their myriad of excuses

They have the worst and most unreliable service, they missed so many weeks and wouldn't come till a week later, never let us knowWe would have to call or email themHalf the time they don't answer calls or emailsCancelled my service, all paid up and weeks later the bin is still here and they sent me a bill, and tried to debit my card for service I cancelledCan't get ahold of anyoneDon't know who the owner Is but they need to fix these issues or close downI had the biggest pile of trash in my yard for over a week because they said they were coming and it took them so long to come

This may actually be the most poorly ran business I've ever come acrossI have had to call several times due to them simply not getting my trashPoor excuses on their part and other times pointed blame that I did not have my container out in timeI'm paying for a serviceI want it done right and they can't seem to figure it out

County Disposal is the absolute worst company I have dealt withIn October my garbage was picked up one time In November not at allNo one answers the phone anymore, all you get is a recording I had paid for services thru the end of the year There has been no response to my emails and demands for a refund I have had to take my garbage to the trash disposalThis company does not need to be in service A very dissatisfied former customer

Simple. They stole my money and did not pick up my garbage. Started out ok then missed 3 weeks of pick up. Started again was fine for 2 weeks and now they have not picked up for 2 weeks. Won't answer phone or emails but they sure will take your money.

After not picking up our trash for 2 weeks, we now get a notice that due to a lack of interest in our area they are terminating service. Interesting as every house on our street has their service as well as numerous other homes in our area. Company never answers the phones and avoids contact with customers at all costs. Would never recommend this company as they do not hold true to their word and have no customer service. Probably will not be in business much longer.

Been using them for 5 years. At first they were dependable and picked up on the day scheduled although sometimes it was late evening before they got there. Then a day late became normal. First is was the next morning, then it became the next evening. A couple of months back they went 3 weeks without picking up. Supposedly they everything "fixed" and promised normal service was once again the norm. They were immediately back to a day late, maybe 2 days late. Now it's been two weeks since they picked up. There VM says they are running a day behind. There's no way to contact them and they certainly don't contact their customers (other than to send bills). I'm 100% done. I expect they will be bankrupt by the end of 2016 once everyone has finally had enough of poor, unpredictable service.

I'm finally done with business. today will be the second time I have to go through maggot infested garbage to sort plastics/cans so the Walter Hill dump will accepted my trash. Last time after waiting 3 weeks for trash pickup I was forced to sort my garbage infested with maggots and 90 degree heat. Oops, and that great smell that comes with 3 weeks of sitting while maggots dine on are leftovers. They did started picking are trash after week four and now I'm waiting again (2 weeks) with absolutely no idea when they will ever come. With know pick/nobody answer their phone and no responses from E-mail this business needs to be "Out of Business". So as of today I will bring my garbage myself. But I do worry if they will even pick up there trash can because my neighbor also cut his service and his trash can was sitting in the street for a month. Thanks County Disposal for absolutely no communication to your paying customers. You have now lost ANOTHER customer.
