Review: Called [redacted], the business owner, various times about the processing of a deer I bagged and entrusted in him and his business to handle properly. Asked about the CWD test each time when I called to check on the processing, he said yes it was done. Pick up my deer and asked his worker about the CWD test, de said it was sent in and I will get information in the mail. It did not come so I called [redacted], he explained it was sent in and I need to look on line. I looked on line and no CWD test reported done. Called the DNR, they explained they will have local warden check, she called back and said it was not sent in and 3 others were not. I called [redacted] on his cell phone March 27, 2015, discussed, he agreed he would reimburse my money $177.25. He told me to call his work number and leave my name and address and he would send a check by April 1, 2015, so I called and left my information right after he and I discussed. April 1 the check did not arrive, so I contacted [redacted] to discuss, he explained how he felt and asked for the meat back, but the deer was disposed given it was not CWD checked, he again indicated he would reimburse me. So Aril 8 no reimbursement, so I called [redacted] April 9, he stated I need to get 1/2 the reimbursement from the DNR, show him and then he would reimburse the other 1/2, he fully knowing the DNR would not reimburse as I asked him and he said then tough. Explained I would like to work this out with him, and then how about the amount. He st[redacted]ed to raise his voice and said he would not reimburse me as he agreed. Explained to him I cant just do all the work involved in hunting, take a deer ethically, do very good job cleaning it, bringing it to him as figured I would help a small business as he and I discussed on the April 1st call, trust him to handle and process the deer properly and send in the CWD test as he agreed and then I should be left with the unknown, so asked him what are my choices, to take him to small claims court, he said go ahead and hung up.Feel because heDesired Settlement: Reimburse $177.25 that I spent with him to process my deer which he agreed to twice, then went back on his word.

As far as the samples, I thought that they were turned into the state. I spoke to the customer and told him to return the product and I would refund him his money. It has been my policy with any customer to return product and refund their money or make new product. The customer told me that he could not eat the venison because it was not tested and threw the meat away.The product does need to be returned to refund money, otherwise I do not know if they are eating the product and also getting their money, that would not be good practice if I did that to all customers I would be out of business.I also would like to inform you that I received a letter from my Credit Card Company, and the customer stated that "services not rendered" but I do have the receipt that the customer signed when he picked up the product. Therefore how can he state services not rendered when we have his signature and he took the product with him. I am not disputing this with the credit card company so the customer will be getting credit for $127.25. If a customer is going to put a complaint in they should be truthfull to all p[redacted]ies involved.Sincerely
