I ordered stall mats and waited 10 weeks...made many attempts to get a hold of merchant...called...email...*** text. They finally responded that they could ship and or have a refund. So still no refund and it has been 2 more weeks. $1250.00. I have text string saying they will refund...but nothing. I see others on their site now saying no one is responding to them either on *** and no one answering calls.

I am very sorry for your inconvenience. We do have on our website that everything is delayed in shipping because of COVID. Some manufacturers haven’t even reopened or allowing out of state shipments. But you do have the funds back to you now. I do understand your frustration, and I am very sorry!

I would like the company to contact me immediately (I will be leaving the country in early July) to resolve the issue. I ordered over $600 worth of merchandise (Infrared Horse Heaters) from them online in early April. They were immediately paid in full (via debit card from my account), but I have never received the items. I have sent them a dozen e-mails and have called three different phone contact numbers published on their website and at the bottom of their e-mail, but the phones ring with no answer. I reached them once and they said they would check on my order and get back to me by the following day, but nobody contacted me. I have sent e-mails letting them know that if they don't get in touch with me that I would be contacting you - it didn't seem to phase them. For all I know, the company if a fake and they have stolen my money. Want to warn others!

You have been given a full refund and even told us you received the refund? We verified it with you on the phone together?

I purchased a saddle in the amount of $645.00, the saddle did not fit my horse and returned properly and clean the following week. I spoke to Sherri H who placed the order and acknowledged the return on March 13, 2020 I have spoken to her via emails many times. She said she is sending the credit, that I have not received it as of today April 6, 2020

Hi, I spoke to, via email,Anna, from Countyfarm Tack on April 7,2020 she said she was goin to send one of her supervisors the issue via email, I also emailed her on April 11 and April 14th. I have not had any response from anyone and I have not received any reimbursement of the 645.00 saddle. This is very upsetting, I know the Covid19 is putting pressure on all of us. I’m being told repeatedly they are working remotely, well it doesn’t take much for the push of a button on the computer. I need my reimbursement, I’m not working, I am a hairstylist and the salon is closed. I would appreciate someone take care of this issue.

We are working remotely. We did go to the UpS store and pick up your saddle, for some reason it was not sent to our store as you can see in the tracking. But once it gets/already gotten inspected for refund then they issue the refund. We almost closed completely like a lot of our vendors have but we are trying our best to remain open through all this and work remotely but we are limited on some things we can do also while working remotely. I am very sorry for your frustration.

I purchased the saddle on Feb28th 2020, return the saddle appropriately on March 6th, 2020, I know the saddle was picked up from a UPS office there near the countyfarm tack store by March 13th, I still don’t understand why it has taken this long to issue a reimbursement of 645.00 to my credit card

Hi, I have not received my refund as of today 5/1/2020. County Farm Tack emailed me on April 29,2020 asking if I had received the refund yet and they would try to send it but it’s been hard working remotely.

I truly don’t understand why it’s so hard to credit someone’s credit card.

I feel this company, Countyfarm Tack, is making one excuse after another, the transaction was Feb.28, 2020, returned May 6,2020 and they picked up the merchandise at UPS store May 13,2020. Yes we are in a Pandemic, and working remotely is the push of a button to give a refund on a credit card

Could you please email us [email protected]? I am not seeing this order in our system. As for phone lines, spectrum had an outage and our phone lines were down but back and working now.

I ordered a radiant heater from the web site on Feb 23, I used *** for payment they called and said they no longer use *** so I provided a credit card. The heater never arrived, I tried contacting the site via phone and email after 5 days I finally got a hold of someone. I asked for a refund which was agreed they would provide, I have not received it as of yet March 26 I keep getting promises that the refund was submitted but nothing has happened. They don't respond to emails the only way I have been able to get a response is to put a post or review on their *** page.

I belong to a Facebook group and saw where she has been bashed and bashed and said she had a Revdex.com rating of F so I came on here to leave a review and I’m disappointed with Revdex.com. How dare you. No wonder she has an F. People don’t take the time to review when they are happy, you only hear when people aren’t happy. Shame on you Revdex.com. You know this and shouldn’t grade this way. You can’t make everyone happy and a handful of negative reviews gives her an F. You should be ashamed. I’m very happy customer and will always go back to her. She goes above and beyond.

We (spouse and I) purchased a stall heat lamp for our horse on October 8th for 406.90. After waiting for two weeks and not receiving the heat lamp we contacted County Farm Tack and got a hold of a Sherry who said they had computer issues and would be refunding us the 406.90 and for us to repurchase the heat lamp, which we did on the 25th of October and now charged 388.90. We have since received the heat lamp but no refund for the 406.90. I have repeatedly called two different numbers given to us and no one will answer. I have emailed twice and no one returns my emails. I did get a hold of someone on messenger and they keep saying they are letting the right "department" know my issue and someone will contact me, which now has been three times they have told me that. No one has contacted me or attempted to contact me and here it is November 19th and still no refund.

The customer was not charged for two and “then some”. We actually didn’t charge enough on the second charge. The first charge was the correct charge. Lastly the customer told us that she disputed the charge, therefore we can’t issue a refund as her credit card company has already done that.

I ordered a hay ball in February 2019. I have sent several follow-up email and left several voice mails with only one reply on April 15, 2019 stating they will look into this. I've not heard anything further despite additional replaced attempts to make contact.

- Refund was successfully completed. At the time the customer placed the order they were on backorder and our website indicated prior to purchase that it could be 3-4 weeks before shipment began on these items. Customer disputed the charge and the credit card company has already issued a refund before we were able to process the refund.

Please be advised that I have confirm with the credit car company there has been a charge but no reimbursement and that $95.00 was paid to County Farm. If required, I can provide the statements showing payment.

Ordered barn heater. Credit card charged. no delivery nor any tracking number for delivery.
Credit card charged again. Then one charge reversed.
Multiple phone calls, messages, emails NO RESPONSE.
Many other customers from *** Reviews have same issues.

We strive to make every customer happy but we receive hundreds of orders daily so we do expect complaints as we do run into shipment issues occasionally but always try our best to resolve as quick as possible

The lack of customer service is abysmal. They falsely say on their website they will respond to all emails within 24 hours. The only way I received any response was by filing a claim through Revdex.com. When I receive my refund of my money then the matter will be closed. They have not demonstrated trustworthiness. Will await my refund.

We have sent over for a refund to our accounts payable. He has to allow time for his bank to process as well. In the meantime this customer has continuously sent us what appears to be threatening emails suggesting he will be showing up at our business and we best “be prepared”...so we don’t take this lightly and have advised all staff to not engage with email or telephone communication with this customer due to the proposed threat.

The merchant is untruthful. She has time and time again said they would send the refund and has not. Emails from merchant sent to Revdex.com promising refund.

My Bank/Visa has been waiting for the notice from the company and as of this morning at 10:21AM have received nothing for them to process from the company. Again misrepresentation.

If the merchant would honor the refund, as they have lied about routinely then there would be resolution.

Or if the merchant would respond to emails and numerous phone calls/voicemails from myself and my wife we would not be in the situation. See numerous negative reviews of the company using the same method of dishonesty.

Or if the merchant would be honest and have shipped the product initially when they said they did (no tracking number) then there would be no discord.

I will not even honor a response to their view of threatening them. Again fabricated conjecture.

Merchant should send the refund as promised.

I ordered tack items from County Farm tack on 5/21/19 and have not received them. I have called the business twice using the number listed on their invoice and website. I have emailed them twice. No response to any of those. They have taken money out of my bank account via debit card for the total amount. I have an order number. Tracking link they provided does not work. I have an "invoice" provided by the company.

They did not refund my money. My bank covered that. Furthermore, they did not notify me they didn't have the product any longer, nor did they respond to me in any way when I attempted to contact them via the contact info they provided on their website.

I made an online purchase for a new saddle & accessories on May 13, 2019. On Tuesday, May 14, I received a voicemail from the company indicating that a fraud alert had come through on the sale and the system had issued a refund for the sale, and that they would need to re-run my credit card. I contacted them via phone and told them that they could charge my credit card again. Over the course of several days, I tried multiple times for them to send me a tracking number for my order and never received one. I finally filed a dispute with my credit card company for the charge made on May 14th. In the meantime, I still have not received the refund due to me for the first charge on May 13th. I reached out via email several times and each time was told that the system automatically generated a refund and that I should have seen it in my account within 3 - 4 business days. On Tuesday, May 28th I emailed them to ask about the status of my refund as I still had not received it. The company responded that they would send me a reference number to contact my credit card company about the refund. As of today (June 3rd), I still have not received any reference number and have not received the refund for the original charge on May 13th.

I waited an appropriate amount of time for the business to issue a refund, and when no refund was issued, I filed a dispute with my credit card company. This is an awful way to do business, but my issue has been resolved.

I ordered a product from them on the 10th of April and the money came out of my account on the 11th of April. I have left several messages with them and nobody is calling me back or answering. I instant messaged them on *** and the person said that customer service would get me a tracking number. However no one has and now they are not answering me anymore more. I ordered the product a 6 piece grooming set with bag in black/grey for my daughter for Easter and still have not received it.

I have all my bank statements that show I never got a refund. I have the statement that shows they took the money and from that day till the end of December I never received a refund!

I emailed trying to get our bank statements but I haven't gotten them yet. As soon as I can get them I can show the verification. Plus it shows the customer just disputed it again so they are trying to refund her a second time, I haven't disputed that one either so unless I dispute that transaction she will actually get it twice.

I contacted the lady from the company. She asked me to email her showing that I never received a refund. She gave me an email address. I asked her since it came out of my bank account if my bank could email her on behalf. She said that was fine. My bank emailed them and I still have no refund as of today. Also they will not answer their phone when I try calling again, just like before. I would like the complaint to stay open until my bank or I see a refund in my account.

the lady sent me a word document that anyone could have typed up themselves and I replied telling her I couldn’t accept that and she never replied back. I even gave another name that it might have shown under of ACM Websales and no reply to that either.

As I stated on an email I replied to when I received this, we can not take a word document typed up. We have no way to verify this document. I can not issue a duplicate refund. I’m sorry, you are welcome to dispute the charge on your credit card and we can both upload the information we have and let them decide it but I don’t think we should keep going back and forth via messages and making Revdex.com be the middle man. You always have the option to dispute a charge, they can resolve it faster than we as they have access to our bank records and can verify the refund

I ordered a product on April 7th. The order number is ***. I paid $59.29 and my debit card has been charged. I paid for priority mail 2 day shipping. It is now April 22nd and I have still not received the product. I have left at least 6 messages and sent 6 emails. On the website, it says they guarantee a response within 24 hours which did not happen. I finally received a response that said they would look into the order and get back to me. I never heard back so I emailed again and they asked for the order number which I have given multiple times and was on the email thread. I did finally speak to one person who looked up the order and said she couldn't find the shipping information and everything was closed so she would get back to me first thing in the morning which did not happen. I gave her all my information again. I asked why I hadn't received a call back to all my messages and she said the people who usually answer the phone had not been in for 4 days. I still have not received any information about the status of my order and I have been charged for a product that I have not received.

I am rejecting this response because:

I called County Farm tack over 40 times and they said they would call back but never did. It took a long time to get them to refund my money. All they had to say then was that the item was out of stock. Now they are saying 9 months later that it was out of stock.

I ordered a saddle from this company a month ago and still have not received any tracking or shipping information. I have called, emailed, and messaged them but have not received any response whatsoever. My card was charged immediately after I placed my order.

My husband and I placed an order with this company on 3/17/19. After a week and a half and no notification of shipping details, we reached out to them via phone, email, and *** messenger inquiring about the status of our order. After a day or two of trying to speak to someone, the company finally responded claiming they were catching up from a power outage, but that our order was shipped and the tracking information would be sent to me via email. It is now two and a half weeks after the order date and we have yet to receive any shipping details OR the product itself. My order detail receipt also states shipping is 2 day through *** which means the items, had they been sent when the company claimed, should have arrived by this point.

I accept the final outcome to resolve this complaint, but the refund was successfully given because I disputed the charge with my credit card company long before this time. I find it hard to believe the item was out of stock as it took this company almost a year to realize this??? Maybe this should have been mentioned prior to this point? Still pretty shady to me. Definitely will not be ordering from again or recommending to anyone.
