[It's sounds great but if you look at my records I have not been late 1 time until the car broke down which was at the end of the year in 2015. The disrespect that I have received is ridiculous and further more the 20 calls a day is out of control. I have stated several times I WILL NOT accept any phone calls while I am at work and the numerous calls to my references are out of control as well. You always get your money. They car is inoperable and I am still paying on it. So I will not accept the excuse of lack of training or me being behind on 1 payment. Things happen in people's lives good bad or indifferent but a customer should NEVER be treated like a dead beat or worse have racial innuendos thrown at them.]

Review: Intentionally deposited check knowing it was dated 1/2/14 after letter of explanation

I had unexpected expenses this month and was unable to pay on time, which I told them. They called my home 20 times a day from different numbers from December 10, 2013 until they received the payment, leaving a message only once telling me they wanted to speak to me about "their car". I sent a check to them, including the late payment charge with a letter of explanation. I checked my bank this morning and they deposited the check which caused an overdraft return item charge. They will not answer their phone. I have 3 payments left on this vehicle which I am going to try to payoff before March. I've been told that they most likely will not send me the pink slip once it is paid off, as this is their general practice. You cannot speak to a supervisor when you call. I understand that I should most likely have not sent them a post dated check, however, I did this well over a year ago and they didn't deposit it until the date on the check. They are continually calling my work and leaving messages, also telling others about my personal business and they are calling me. Their practices are unethical and demoralizing.Desired Settlement: If their practice is to withhold pink slips once a vehicle is paid off, I want this complaint on file so that I can report it to the State Department of Motor Vehicles for improper practices. This company is a nightmare to work with. They need to be stopped and with all of the complaints against them over the years, something needs to be done. Review: Good afternoon My name is [redacted], I have a harassment complaint to make with County Financial. I been going through a Hardship but have not stop making payments on my vehicle. I have in several times contact the finance company to ask if they could please wait for me for a certain date to send my payment, everybody in there are extremely rude their answers are the following is not their problem I should become a little bit more responsible with my debts etc. A month ago my vehicle was reposes due to be $74.00 short in my payment and because according to them not having insurance which I did and had fax all the information to them. I'm receiving approximately 10 calls a day from different numbers with County Financial and with Rude, Racial Messages. I have recently received a message from a lady name [redacted] leaving the following: Stupid Mute People are you ever going to answer your calls or you going to stay mute for ever. On the same date 02/13/14 she call 5 times within 30 minutes the next message was: What you don't answer your phone because your Mexican and Can't Speak English and like those messages I get about 20. I tried to Contact a supervisor they told me there's no supervisor on site. I tried to contact another Manager name [redacted] @ [redacted] she answers and once I introduce myself she hung up or place me in a hold of 2 hours and then they disconnect my call. I only own $2000 in the account and I'm trying to do the best I can to pay on time but I'm facing Hardship and I just ask for my payment to wait couple of weeks for my following pay check. I don't think I deserve to be treated the way I been from them or to be constantly receiving Threats calls on my phone and my family, References etc. I ask for them to stop those calls is causing major Health Problems on my Wife, and my Childrens are feeling Threat by them because of the messages they leave with them such as if your dad doesn't pay will be there soon Please help me with this matter. Review: Good afternoon My name is [redacted] I have a harassment complaint to make with County Financial. I been going through a Hardship due to my vehicle breaking completely down that I purchased. I have answered every phone call except for the ones that are being made during my working hours. Even though I keep in contact with them they still harass my references with at least 5-20 calls a week sometimes within the same day. Even though the references tell them to stop calling they still continue to harass them. I have in several times contacted the finance company to ask if they could please wait for me to send in my payment or if they can come get the vehicle (voluntary repossession and their answer is no.) The only person that has helped me is [redacted] but any other employee is rude and very disrespectful. My payment history shows that for the two years I had the loan I have never been late and I only fell behind due to the 2700.00 repairs to the vehicle, rental cars and uber expenses to get the work. Currently I am 13 days behind on my payment but every two weeks I pay something toward my loan. The employees there are extremely rude their answers are the following is not their problem and if I bought clothes whether I liked them or not I still have to pay for them. They refuse to come get the car saying they will double the amount owed and charge me penalties and negatively affect my credit score in a major way. I'm receiving approximately 10 calls a day from different numbers with County Financial and with Rude, and economical comments once the phone is answered. I have told them on several occasion to not call me during my work hours they refuse to comply and continue to harass myself and all my credit references. I spoke with one lady who yelled at me and told me she will call me when I had a better attitude. I am in no way avoiding any of their phones calls. I have 1 year and half left on the loan but I believe that as a consumer with a hardship, Help meDesired Settlement: The harassing calls stop and that they call me after 4pm or before 700am. Also that they work with me seeing my payment history and stop making threatening comments and stop treating me like I am dead beat with no intention to pay them.

Review: Hello,I'm having an issue with this company because I sent over car payment on April 4, 2014 for account number [redacted] under [redacted] (Money order number R[redacted] Money Gram)Because I am constantly having issues with this company, I also email proof of payment, so they know payment is on its way. As of April 15, 2014 they claim they have not received payment yet, even thou, they got my email with money order information. I called Money Gram and they advised no one has cashed that money order yet. I called County Financial and spoke to [redacted] (she claimed to be the manager there) and she refused to work with me, was very rude and didn't really gave me any kind of solution. Even when they have all my information to contact me, they are also harassing other people and leaving rude messages in regards to payment. [redacted] is demanding for me to send another payment, which I cant afford now, instead of being understanding of the situation, since I feel i'm not responsible if money order got lost in the mail. I mean I will try to find out what happened with that money order even if it means to start the refund process, but I will need County Financial to give me sometime to resolve it and not come and reposes my vehicle. Please help me as this people are very rude and are harassing us as if we are refusing to pay, and that's not the case, I'm not hiding and they can call me and we can try to find a solution to this issue together. But I feel they are working against me, instead of trying to find a solution. Review: there trying to force me to get there insurance I already have full coverage with the general they've added an 69 dollar to my car note I haven't missed a payment Ive faxed over several times my insurance policy they have harassed me and now they have repo my car car note its due intill the 8th of the month repo date is 01/04/2014Desired Settlement: it was illegally repo on a fraudulent insurance claim

Review: I'm not sure how I ended up having to deal with them in the first place, my guess is they bought my contract from [redacted]. I was 2 weeks behind on my payment and I explained to the representative on the phone why. I had just come to the end of my insurance policy and when I tried to renew the company wanted me to pay $600 to renew when my original policy was for $250 for 2 cars. After days of trying to find new coverage my policy lapsed and in [redacted] the moment you lose your insurance a $250 fine is being printed up and mailed out to you by the dmv. So after finally finding a new insurance company and dealing with the fine and other things I no longer had the $493 for my car payment. I explained that to the representative on the phone and she told me as a courtesy she well accept $375 and consider it a full payment which I could handle so I authorized the payment. Minutes later I get a email saying that a payment of $493 is being processed so I immediately called the woman back and she said not to worry the payment will be for $375 as agreed. Fast forward 3 days later I check my account and I'm in the negative because she wasn't true to her word and I called to complain and they give me the run around, no management is available, customers service was horrible as usual and there was nothing anybody can do. I guess whoever I spoke to really couldn't care less because she hung up on me. And in addition to that they have not been reportin my payments to the credit bureau and after 6 months my payoff amount hasnt hardly moved in fact it keeps fluctuating. After 6 months or paying almost $500 my payoff amount has only gone down roughly $700 but would sometimes go back upDesired Settlement: I would like for the unauthorized $118 to be returned to me or credited to my account for the following month.

[I had been calling [redacted] since the first day she responded to the complaint, today 9/14/15 five days later she answers the phone. We talked for close to 30 mins and was unable to resolve the issue. Her idea of a resolution was that I pay $493 this month... MY MONTHLY PAYMENT IS ALREADY $493 and she said it as if she was doing me a favor. She just kept making hypothetical statements and ignored the facts. I asked to speak with her boss and she put me on hold for 15 minutes by that time I realized that they weren't interested in any resolution. ]

I talk to them and then get 10-15 calls a day by them after they talk to me cussing at me and threatening me.
