County Limousine Service

We hired a limousine from this company to drive us to my son's 21st birthday dinnerIt started with the limo showing up lateIt was only about minutes, but it was still late We went to get in the car and there was a huge dent in the carNo problemHowever, we got in the car There were dirty half full glasses and trash, the rope light was hanging off the ceiling, and there was a large piece of duck tape on the door handle( apparently the tape was there so we would not use the ash tray)The driver did not know how to get to where we were going and was constantly looking down at his phone for guidanceNear the restaurant the car diedThe driver got out of the car opened the hood and made a phone call After minutes or more he got it started and got us to our destination Unfortunately, on the way home there was an accident and we got detouredNot knowing his way home it took us a lot longer to get to our houseThe driver got out and used our bathroom and then proceed

We hired a private SUV and driver through County Limousine Service to take us from North Haven, Connecticut to JFK Airport and back I called "Sam" at County Limo in early December for a quote and he gave me a quote over the phone of $+ tolls + gratuity each wayHe told me tolls were about $each way
After the driver dropped us at JFK Airport on Dec24, 2015, I paid the driver $to cover Tolls of $and gratuity of $(i.e approx22% gratuity)Similarly, when a new driver dropped us home on Jan17, 2016, I paid the driver $70, to cover Tolls + gratuityThe drivers had "*** ***" so I did not pay tolls at each toll plaza, but paid the drivers Sam's quote of $each way for tollsThe company does not dispute that I made those payments
When I got home I got two credit card bills for $each way for a total of $I called Sam to inquire about the extra charge, and he told me that those additional $each way was for Tolls + gratuity + taxes + credit
