I am rejecting this response because: They are not offering a solutionThe issue is that Dr*** office manager, *** lied to me about what Medi-Cal would cover for adultsShe also lied to me on the phone when I first called inquiring if they accepted Medi-Cal Insurance (I did not ask if they accepted Medi-Cal patients)Because of her actions I am now out almost $2,that most OR ALL of which WOULD HAVE BEEN COVERED BY MEDI-CAL
