The service was delivered as promised, however, I was not informed that I was signing up for multiple years. I thought that the check I wrote in 2014 for 40% of my refund covered everything. I only found out last Friday that I will need to pay them yet again this year. This aspect of the business was not made clear to me when I signed the contract. Had I fully understood that customers must pay 40% per year that they received a refund I would never have agreed to those terms. It is this area of their service that I find extremely lacking.

The representative was responsive and positive. He worked efficiently and made the whole process painless. I would recommend him to any of my colleagues.
