County Rose Bakery

Two ladies came Into the bakery. I, [redacted] (owner) was behind the counter giving instructions to my Serving Manager. I, [redacted] told the ladies to please have a seat wherever they like.
 
The Server went over to the ladies with menus and silverware in a timely manner and...

asked them what they would like to drink. She proceeded to get their drinks and take their breakfast order.
 
The order went In at 9:35 am. There were other customers in the restaurant that she was waiting on and that were being served also. We are a sit down restaurant and all of our food is made to order.
 
The ladles received their food and the Server refilled one of their drinks. Nothing was said to her at this time about the food.
 
We put times on all of our ticket orders. The ticket was given to the table and they were finished eating at 10:05. Total time from taking of the order to completion or meal was 30 minutes.
 
When Server brought ticket to table she asked the ladies if they would like any bakery or anything else. They told her at this time that they were not happy with there service to them and that their food
was cold They asked to speak to a manager. I came out to speak to them. They told me all of their food was cold, their butter was cold, their syrup was cold and their fruit was warm. The only fruit on the
plates was a slice or orange we use for garnish.
 
I told them their food was brought out right away. One of the ladles said. I'm telling you It was cold. Why are you arguing with me? I am the customer! I told them, If they were so unhappy we would give them 25% off which 
I felt was very gracious. They responded that was not good enough and that I should cover the entire amount of the tab of $13. They also told me they would tell all of their friends about us and that they would Never come back!
 
These ladies spoke out against us to other customers that were in the restaurant.
 
They ate all of their food If it was cold they could have spoken up at any time as two servers were present and on the floor.
 
We are sad and it is unfortunate that one of our customers is unsatisfied. All of us here at Country [redacted] aim to please each and every customer.  As stated we tried to please Ms. Petrowsky by giving 25% off the tab. It is our policy 
when no complaint is made during service and all food is eaten after service we cannot comp the whole tab.
