Attached please find Mr***'s current executed DSL term agreement. Our agreement contains no terminology for unlimited data. We are in the process of implementing a data management tool for our customers to monitor their usage. Any usage over 300G may result in a charge to
the customer. We have corresponded with the customer via email with a copy of his contract sent also.

Linda, below is a summary of events that were documented in our sales and ticketing systems that associated with [redacted] of [redacted], LLC account. ...

 
6/20/2016, [redacted] signed a 3 year agreement with TEC for her company, [redacted], LLC.
1 line of service (601.[redacted])  TEC Total Business Advantage plus Unlimited Long Distance included for $49.95 plus taxes (see attachment titled: Signed Contract 6.20.16 ).
 
10/20/16, [redacted] called and requested for TEC to add the Call Block feature to her 601.[redacted] number/account.  We sent her a Service Change Request Form (see attached titled: Service Change Request dated 10.20.16) that listed the cost of the feature and the one time installation fee of $25.00 which appeared on her 11/1/16 statement.  She agreed to the fees and terms and sent it back signed on 10/20/16.
 
11/01/16, [redacted] called and requested an internet solution for her company.  We sent her the Service Proposal for the requested PrimeNet service and she signed  the contract (see attached titled: Service Proposal Dated 11.01.16) on 11/01/16.  This is a service that we resale from AT&T.  Once the signed contract came in we placed the order with AT&T and we were waiting on an installation date from them.  We cannot control the install date with the PrimeNet product but it usually takes on average  5-10 business days to install.
 
11/07/16, [redacted] called to cancel her PrimeNet order that she placed on 11/01/6.  Since this product had not yet been installed we canceled the order per her request and did not charge a penalty for cancelling this order.  Later that day, around 2:20 pm, [redacted] called in to cancel her 601.[redacted] number with TEC.  We advised her that this number was under the terms of a 3 year agreement that was signed on 6/20 (see attachment titled: Signed Contract 6.20.16 see agreement) and if she canceled this service we would charge an early termination fee for breaking the conditions of the contract.  Below is the breakdown of the early termination fees.
 
Since she has had TEC service for almost 6 months I rerated her service from December 2016 through the remaining length of her contract.  30 months remaining on her contract  and billed @  $49.95 (1-TEC Total Business Advantage plus Unlimited Long Distance) + $1.50 (Call Block Feature)= $51.45 a month X 30 remaining months = $1543.50 in ETF if she cancels her 601.[redacted] line.
 
As of today, 11/16/16, [redacted]’s number (601.[redacted]) is still active in our system.  We sent [redacted] two separate emails ([redacted]@gmail.com ) on 7/11/16 which contained the termination paperwork and have not yet received a response.  We ask that every customer that wants to cancel service with TEC complete  the termination paperwork so we will have a paper trail of their request.  As far as [redacted] being charged $1498.50 per her statement in the Revdex.com e-mail, that is not true.  We have not charged an ETF on this account because it is still active.  We only advised [redacted] that if she cancels service while still under contract that ETFs will apply.  I am attaching the summary page of  her November statement as a reference to show that we did not charge an early termination fee to her account as stated in your report.

Review: First and foremost thank you. I am respectfully requesting your intervention in a matter involving I believe to be unfair banking practices in the financing of my vehicle. I am pleading with you to do an in depth investigation of unethical banking/lending. I would greatly appreciate your immediate attention to this matter. I need to feel that we are validated & protected as consumers. People need to have faith restored in banking. Please do not hesitate to contact me for further information/documents for your review, to substantiate my claim. I would be more than happy to shed some light on the matter.Desired Settlement: I am disputing deficiencies on their part, resulting big losses. I have attempted to resolve this matter on my own accord to no avail. Are there other consumers with similar complaints? Please help I am requesting a settlement. Sincere thanks.

Review: Hello, I bought a used car (120 miles on it with unknown hidden repairs needed under it) and was financed for $10,000 through the credit union at 18% interest rate hoping after about a year of regularly paying on it I could get it refinanced at a lower interest rate. That didn't happen. Instead the bank continues to attach additional fees and payments to what is already an overwhelming debt amount. This is after 2 years of paying my car note. In essence, I get a car loan for 10,000 and I still have 9,000 balance after 2 years. I am a single mother and I needed a car to go to work and take my kids back and forth to school. Is someone able to help me lower the interest rate? I have paid so much money getting the engine fixed. I am a displaced schoolteacher who has worked for Ventura County Office of Education and Los Angeles Unified School District. I now work at Sally's Beauty Supply for minimum wage. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.Desired Settlement: I need County Schools Federal Credit Union to lower the interest rate to 1.5 on my loan.
