Used this company to help me with my modification because the bank was not helping me. Paula and Debbie were very helpful and got my approved in 3 months (which in the mortgage world is very fast) . My payment went down significantly and to this day still call me making sure I'm on time with my payments .

County seat capital did a incredible job. They gave me a lot promises and they accomplished everything they said they would do. I would recommend them anytime

Review: back in November 2013 Deborah S[redacted] and Paula arrived in my house to pick up papers that I provided and the money

($700)and promised to contact [redacted] to do mortgage modification for me.

we email each other few times but always Paula rushing to answer: " I don't have your package Debbie has it..."

I'll have appointment with them this week... they make me hold for 40 minutes... the approved packages's in the mail!

after two months I did call the mortgage department and found out there's nobody contacting them on my behalf at all! and they suggested to me must be a scam going on...later they-County Seat Capital email me that [redacted] was not Federally chartered they don't have to do this and that...and they suggested to dissolve of balloon.

We never have our minds meet from the very beginning and I hated to communicate always in third person figure!

Since they couldn't help me I request my money back. They promised heaven and once they got your money they just disappear like that!Desired Settlement: I want my money back and I want the full amount of my money back!
