Although I do understand was is being said to me, In the response from *. [redacted] (above). I was very clear from the beginning about my particular situation, and my hesistance about having a credit check done. I was told, there wouldn't be an issue and if there was, that Bryden Financing and auto sales would live up to it's advertisements. I was never informed of "Limits" on the "Our in house program" that promises everyone an approval. I would have reconsidered having a credit check done otherwise. I now have a hit on my credit report that I wouldn't have authorised if I thought it was going to be a serious issue. I feel misled by both the advertisement and [redacted].
Although I appreciate effort on my case, I was never once contacted by [redacted] unless I initiated contact. For over a 2 month period this has gone on. I always allowed 7+ days for responses, but never received any. Thus my frustration.
