In order to bring this issue to a close we will be issuing a credit to her account today for $210.00.

I am rejecting this response because:They did not deliver the merchandise that we agreed to pay the $210.  We had to buy the refrigerator elsewhere and pay a delivery charge.Their delivery resulted in damage to the elevators for which they have not paid us (we will seek relief in small claims court).  THEY OWE ME $210.

Review: I purchased 5 new kitchen appliances from County. The purchase were subject to a specific set of delivery agreements provided to County by email (they agreed) and in person (they agreed again). The appliances were to be new condition, the delivery was to be pre-arranged with a call, the appliances carried up two flights of stairs (absolutely no use of the apartment building elevator which could not accommodate the appliances) and the items unpacked. The items arrived with one appeared to be used and others in damaged condition -- so not new and in new condition as agreed. The delivery people did not call (delivered without notice), attempted to use a building elevator -- despite clear directions that they were not to use it, and they tried to get more money from the workman at the site. This resulted in damage to the apartment building elevator. The items were left unpacked and one was broken and another used and scratched.Desired Settlement: I want the Revdex.com to be aware that County TV engages in these practices and misrepresents to clients their services and their products. I intend to complain to their distributors as well. Consumers should not be treated so poorly.

Review: We discussed the purchase of a major appliance with a salesperson at County TV & Appliance. The product required installation that the store could not perform. They could not give us a price range of the installation cost. We made it clear to the salesperson that we would not purchase the product with the install price being open ended. They recommended an installer that would visit our house to provide an estimate, and asked for a $200 deposit in the meantime to hold the price of the product. The installer visited our home and quoted us a price that was significantly more than we were willing to pay. So we called the original salesperson back to get a refund of our deposit. He informed us that the store already ordered the product, would not return our deposit, and would charge us an approximately $500 restocking fee to return the item.Desired Settlement: The only acceptable resolution would be a full refund of our deposit without obligation to pay any additional fees.
