As a business we were not using the facility the local newspaper was reporting on prior to January 1st The facility we used prior to January 1st charged us $50/ton disposalThe county signed a contract with a third party creating a new Flow Control LawUnder this new law the county directed us to take the trash to their facility as of January 1st at a cost of $71,25/ton which was $more than the cost of the facility we were using prior to January 1stThe newspaper reported a decrease in disposal at the mandated facility because prior to the law they were charging $87/tonThe Flow Control Law mandates our business to use the county disposal siteTherefore, we have raised our prices accordingly to cover the higher disposal fee, and the additional fuel and labor cost to travel to this site.In regards to the customer contacting us to cancel the account we unfortunately did not receive any correspondence prior to the letter from the Revdex.comIn good faith we closed the collection case and adjusted the account back to The owner of the company called the customer personally to apologize and discuss the complaint in order to resolve any miscommunications but did not receive a call backPer the customer's request we mailed him a letter stating the outstanding balance had been adjusted back to On behalf of our customer we requested a letter from our collection agency stating the collection case has been dropped,
