A job repair order was created and fulfilled according to the homeowners concerns.

AGAIN MAM, FIRST WE ARE MEMBERS OF THE Revdex.com SO I DO NOT  KNOW WHERE YOU GOT YOUR INFOMATION, AND NOT TO BE FECICIOUS, BUT IF YOUR ROOF WAS NOT LEAKING BEFORE WHY WOULD YOU CALL TO GET IT REPAIRED? AND OUR WARRANTY IS FOR 10 YRS, BUT ON AN ENTIRE ROOF NOT A REPAIR,  YOU SHOULD CALL YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY YOU WERE IN PATH OF STORM YOU EVEN ADMITTED SHINGLES FLEW OFF.

I am rejecting this response because: My roof is not the cause of new leaks, if that was the case my roof would have been leaking before they came. My roof was not just leaking on my porch because there were signs along my west wall. And in addition to that on my paperwork it states 10 years not one. This person does not take responsibility for doing bad work.  In his mind it is my roof which does not show any  signs of leakage in any other rooms except where this company did work. Now I have a new problem which was not the case before they came. There has always been bad weather and there has not been a problem. I noticed some roof tiles has blown off but, my roof did not leak until last year 2015. I still have a problem which was caused by bad roof work. More money has to be paid to correct what they have done. He does not care because he got his money and I am left with a new  problem.

We have spoken extensively at length with the homeowner reagarding the leaking to the home owners roof. We were paid to do a front porch portion which had excessive leaking as you were coming into the home. This leaking was due to the fact the roof istelf is a (20) year manufactures warranty product...

which has been on the home going on (30) years. This is evident by both the fact the homewoner has stated the knowledge of the roofs age and the condition the roof is in. All roof repairs made by our company are covered by a (1) year workmanship warrantly we proudly stand behind all work we guarantee. We have stated to the homeowner numerous times that a roof replacement is greatly needed for the home which the home owner has admitted she needs. The front porch portion our company has replaced has resloved the problem of excessive water flooding into that area however the homoner is now experienceing more leaks in different areas inside her home. Try as we might to explain the severity of rain and hail storms we have had in the San Antonio area that most homewoners are contacting thier insurance companies for the catastrophe we just experienced. The leaks in the home are being caused by the need for a new roof throught the entire house.

I am rejecting this response because: I have contacted this business numerous times via telephone, voice mail, and text messaging to no avail. The business is being evasive. In the response the business sent you , the company implies that this damage may be due recent hail damage is not valid and I need my roof fixed because my dining room still leaks and my patio leaks as well which was not a problem before the roof repair. I need immediate action. The contact person assured me that this problem would be taken care months ago. He was dishonest with me. Please advise what the next step is because I am willing to seek legal intervention to get this matter resolved one way or the other. I need this business to show up at my residence and take care of the problem once and for all. I need the business to commit to a date to finalize the problem to my satisfaction. I should not have to call the business. Please reply as soon as possible. Thanks.

I am rejecting this response because: When the doors was installed there were smudges on it where grass had blown on it while wet and 2 other places that were smudged.  [redacted] sent his painter to patch it and he made it even worse.  Then [redacted] told my husband he would take care of it several times and he didn't.  We asked for the paint to do it ourselves, then we just wanted the type of paint and color so we could get some. This complaint will remain on your Revdex.com account.  My front doors were the only thing I was complaining about.  Obviously you don't take care of your contracts or answer to any requests so your ire is pointed at the wrong person.  I wasn't holding my breath about getting money out of a turnip.

We have set a date to meet the homeowner on 7-20-16 at 1pm to inspect the areas of concern and make arrangements for repairs if needed.
