*** nor County-Wide actively offers any customer preventative maintenance checkups for weekend appointments From time to time we will accommodate a customer if scheduling is impossible during weekday business hours We are proud to honor all current *** * *** contracts for maintenance and Mr*** is no exception In evidence of our excellent customer service, we specifically scheduled a Saturday appointment for Mr*** (June 13, 2015) As far as his reference to no one answering his calls, I take exception to that as all of our phone lines eventually roll over to my personal cell phone (###-###-####) so County-Wide does not miss any phone calls I have no missed calls and no voicemail messages from Mr***Our technician will be at Mr***'s house this Saturday morning as scheduled Mr*** is more than welcome to contact me directly with any questions or concerns Refund on a current contract that County-Wide is happy and willing to honor and accommodate is not at option Sincerely, *** ***

This message does not solve any issues. Ms*** states that neither *** * *** offered weekend appointments, yet if they checked all my biyearly checks, I have also asked for and received Saturday maintenance checks. Why is it until now that someone says they don't offer that?? I never even knew that *** * *** was no longer my contractor until I spoke with *** a few weeks ago. None of the past technicians ever identified themselves as County-wide... I do know that the last two or three maintenance checks have been difficult for me to get the technicians to come when they state they will. They say they call, but I can submit my phone records as proof no such calls ever came that day and time from anyone. Yes they did come this past Saturday and I am very grateful (especially to ***) but still does not excuse two missed appointment and no calls. As far as phone calls rolling over, the phone number I have always called (*** * *** number) is usually answered by *** but most often just rings and/ or goes to voicemail. When I do leave a message, very rarely is it responded to. Again, when I manage to get ***, he does attend me. Again, I can submit all my phone records called to the Fire and Ice number. if I should be calling a different number, someone should have told me a long time ago. While they state they have a no Saturday maintenance policy, where??? I have gone to their website and nothing states that. Would be nice to know who I am dealing with or at the very least, given an option to continue if there was to be any change. no such notification ever came through at any time
