County Wide did a fantastic job! They were fast, friendly, and affordable My AC went out during an extremely hot time Another company I called said their next available time was in two weeks however County Wide came out the same day & fixed the problem in about minutes I'm a completely satisfied customer!

We are sorry that you are unhappy with our service but first off you are not the person who we contracted with and signed the contract which was your brother ***, in fairness you were not there during the process of this job unfolding, most of the above is not entirely true and the facts have been distorted, listed in order, when arriving [redacted] Coad the person who we contracted with said he could hear something running, after inspecting the crawl space we had found that the entire crawl space had been flooded with a hot water pipe break, [redacted] discussed the matter with [redacted] and told him that the crawl space would have to have the water evacuated of water and dried out and quite possibly treated for mold, which by the way later came to be true, this process of restoration could take a week to ten days before we could gain access to repipe and [redacted] also stated that there were a few areas of the crawl space that were going to be hard to access to run pipes, rather than making the customer wait this possible day period for hot water [redacted] suggested running the pipes overhead in the attic and abandoning all the old hot water pipes in the crawl space which would prevent this from happening again without their knowledge that there was a leak occurring and flooding there crawl space, [redacted] agreed and we proceeded, we told him the price upfront to do this job and also told him some of the pipes would have to be ran outside on the eaves and walls and he agreed to everything as it was stated on our contract the price and that pipes would be ran outside in some areas it was also stated that it was his responsibility to patch any walls drywall stucco etc all evidenced by the contract and he signed the agreement before proceeding, [redacted] had stated to us that he was not sure if he had that much on his credit cards and wanted us to check the amounts for pre authorization on his cards, we explained to him that we would require a work commenced progress payment of 50% after working the entire day there and delivering all the material, there was no 10% down collected as we collected for work commenced, that was stated to [redacted] that we would need this by the end of the day, that's why he had us check his credit cards before the job started for pre authorization [redacted] agreed to all of this, as far as city permits he was made aware that he would be responsible for pulling these permits as per also stated on our contract that he signed, there was no over charging for this job , this job actually took us days with a helper, it is very easy to find a plumber to come in after the fact and say he could have done this for $less because they did not get the job and would love to defame another company, I can tell you from experience there are several larger companies that would have charged you $15,for the same job, every company has different overhead and charge accordingly to the size of there company, we did nothing wrong in this matter and everything above is stated on the contract and signed and agreed by [redacted] as per evidence, I would kindly suggest you being there in the future to make decisions for your brother if you feel he is not able to make these decisions, [redacted] had stated to me that [redacted] was a pleasure to work with and had never at any point acted as though he couldn't make any of these decisions

I had a new toilet put in by County Wide Plumbing over a year ago. After 15 months, I believed there was a problem with it and called them up about this. They showed up to fix it the very next day, courteous and prompt. Turns out there was no problem, I was in error. They were good enough not to charge me for this visit. So I am very satisfied with their initial installation and with the speed of their follow up much later. A a reliable and effective company. Highly recommended.
