In response to County Imports ridiculous and ludicrous story packed full if lies , I would like to say this, first of all we never recieved what we actually ordered and paid for and we have since found out that he knowingly sent us a floor modelNot only that it was not anything according to what we ordered the demensions were different, side panels were not what were pictured nor was roof and not even the color we ordered orange and recieved redIt had a cracked windshield and windshield was held together with zip ties, radio did not work, as for plastic on tire it came that way another flaw to add to the many and as for transmission we wouldnt know because only unloaded to home and loaded when returned to County ImportsAs we told [redacted] who obviously wouldn't know the truth if it slapped him in the face , check your hour meter and you can clearly see we NEVER DROVE IT, a point we have emphasized a bezillion timesMr [redacted] is also a lier as for return policy if one orders a duck and gets a penquin what part of the sale has been finalizedWe have returned the vehicle to [redacted] and we are not responsible for his screw ups that are of no fault of oursHis blatten lack of proper business practices is pethetic, and then add insult to injury by saying my husband told him we drove it and changed our mind what a freaking joke and sorry piece of crap lierI quess we will pursue this matter before a judge where the law will be on our side and all the world will see and know once and for all what a lying crook Mr [redacted] from County Imports isSincerely [redacted] and ***

from countyimports it states on our web site no refunds no returns we let *** Family know they will get a $4,Refund on March 17th
The buggy was return damaged with a broken transmission
and broken plastic on the back wheelsAre company paid $1,to have the buggy ship backI let ***s know we need to fixed the buggy then resale it and then they would get there refundAre policy states you must pay for return shippingThe buggy was to be in working orderThe Buggy was return damagedMr *** stated he had drove the buggy and decided they did not want it The ***s should have refusal when it first arrivedThere is a LAW NO COOLING OFFI believe its fare to refund the $4,We did not have to refund that amount Are company could have charged a 25% restocking fee

You County Imports/Gerard Motors are LIARS! The moped is in no way able to drive the way it isIt is not even put together all the wayCounty Imports/Gerard Motors knows this and has pictures to prove it is still partially wrappedThe front wheel was put on to push it to my aptonlyBecause, the carrier would not take the moped back on the truck when I asked him to, because it was the wrong oneI will take this company to court! The comment made here by this company just proves what a scam they are running, and what type of con artist they areTo this day they are still not returning my phone calls or fixing this issueI am a year old disabled person and this is the way they treat peopleThey are stealing, conning, and do not deserve to be in businessI will send pictures to the Revdex.com and all the other places I have put complaints inThe moped the sent to me was priced way lower than the one I orderedI repeat in no way is this moped able to be ridden as it is not put together, the pieces are still in their wrappers waiting for pick up!!! I have not ridden this moped at all, you cannot ride something that is not put togetherWhich by the way I paid for fully assembled, and PDI, which did not come that wayIt came UNASSEMBLED!
