I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me with the following conditions: 1) The business needs to respond directly with my credit card company to give me the creditThe dispute was opened with my Visa on 5/5/and they need to respond to Visa & let them know they will give me the credit directly to my Visa card2) I have a written bid from Penske Collision Center for paint repairs to the damage in the amount of $The paint experts did agree with me that the detail job could definitely have made the damage worse- as in the buffing process worsened & deepened the damageHowever, as long as I get refunded the cost of the detail job, I am willing to accept their response as I will use that money to repair the damage that was worsened by their detail job3) In response to why I refused to them showing me their buffing system was because I didn't want any further damage done to my car4) In response to the 'rust' stain was approxmm, not the size that the Manager claimed it to beFurthermore, the 'rust' spot was only aspectThere were many dips in my paint that were worsened by the detail job so I will not agree with the Manager's assessment that their detail job didn't cause any damage at all5) The company needs to review all the complaints they have against them on Yelp and re-evaluate the level of service they are providing to consumersI am only of many individuals who complained against themThey even have complaint where a customer's credit card info was stolenThat makes me worry about my credit card now too I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved
