To whom it my concern
I got a call about some messed up downspouts that a man I hired put upI sent my brother to look at them and call me with what was going on with the downspouts
When *** got over to the job he was walking around the job with
the homeowner (*** ***) looking at what needed fixed ,then out the door came the grand daughter(*** ***) cussing and screaming calling names even went as far as to getting in my brothers faceMr*** kept telling his grand daughter (***) to back off and to just goMy brother *** *** did tell her she was ignorant and he wasn't going to deal with herWhen I got there Mr*** showed me his concerns and I told him we would fix it. After that I apologize to Mr*** and his grand daughter *** When we left I had a talk with *** and told him not to respond to someone acting that way just call me or wait for me to get over there
Later that night I was on the computer and I saw post that the Granddaughter *** put on, So I call and talked with her, I apologize for everything again and told her we would be there the next day with the sub contractor who they requested and fix the downspouts
The next day we went over to Mr***'s house the Granddaughter *** came out and would not let us make any repairs or talk to Mr*** said that Mr*** told her that she is in charge now and we would have to deal with her
*** then told us to leave and hired the sub contractor I had brought with me to fix the job

[Mr ***, is not being honest*** did not go outside and just start yelling and cussing, *** continually told her she was ignorant and would not aknowlege the mistakes they had made, after being belittled and called names she lost her cool, there were witnesses to this well as recorded phone calls where mr *** admits to this.Mr *** was told he could not touch anything because we were having his work inspected because he also messed my grandsons roof upmr *** came to our home anyway, *** asked him to leave several times, he refused so she had to have the police remove himmr *** even called me, lied and said the county attorney told him we couldnt fire him orkeep him off our propertyhe was paid for work in august he still did not have completed in september, the inspection proved his work was shotty,]
