Hello,Resolving this issue through Revdex.com is fine but doesn't change anything. We need your order number from your AT&T U-verse order to inquire about your cash back. You keep emailing us your account number but we need your ORDER number. It is in your order confirmation email from AT&T...

and you can call AT&T for that info as well. As soon as you provide us with your order number we can inquire with AT&T and get you your cash back.Thanks![redacted]

However, there was indeed a discrepancy between us and the merchant in terms of cash back percentage. Apparently they changed it to 0.8%, but we were not made aware of this. Since we had displayed 2% when you purchased it we will give you a credit for the other 1.2% from our pocket, so you now have earned $48 on that purchase. Once we complete the investigation into your second order we will send you a payment for your balance.
Sorry for the mix-up in cash back percentage. It is rare, but when dealing with thousands of merchants and changing percentages it can happen from time to time.
Please email customer service at [redacted] with both order confirmations so we can follow up and resove the issue.

Review: This site provides cashback on purchase made through links. I clicked the link for [redacted] and the page that showed up stated "No Coupon Needed" and "Shop at [redacted] as you normally would and your cash back will be tracked." Since the window said "Shop at [redacted] as you normally would and your cash back will be tracked," I continued with my order and checked out. I followed everything website said to do. I even added my order number and order total to the pop-up window created by Coupon Cactus. After this, when I logged into my account both orders that I made showed up in my account as pending. However, on October 9th, [redacted] from Coupon Cacutus told me that my two purchases did not count because the "[redacted] cash back program is currently suspended and our links goes to an in-active page."

He added that "Whenever this happens, it means that the cash back is temporarily unavailable and because the referral link isn’t working (the link isn’t taking you to the merchant’s site), the order do not qualify for cash back. To qualify for CouponCactus.com cash back offer please always make sure to redeem our coupon and then make your purchase only in the browser window that CouponCactus.com takes you to. In this case, our link took you to an inactive link that needed to be reported to us. Our link didn’t take you to the merchant’s site and you went to the merchant’s site directly for your purchase. You will see a note in the coupon pop up window as well: Report coupon issue PRIOR to placing order, coupon cannot be applied after order is completed"

I responded to his email the following day and explained that the window stated no coupon needed and to check out as normal. As such, I would have never non to click on the "Report coupon issue" button. However, that was 9 days ago and since then I have not had received any response and Coupon Cactus deleted these orders from my account.

In sum,Desired Settlement: I followed all of the directions on the site and clicked thrrough every link properly. I also placed my order number and total into the pop-up window that stated "No Coupon Needed" and "Shop at [redacted] as you normally would and your cash back will be tracked."

Therefore, I should be entitled to 8% cashback on my to orders from [redacted] Wines. Order # [redacted] totaled $338.12 ($316.00 before tax) and Order #[redacted] totaled $110.60 ($102.35 before tax). I am requesting that my 8% cash back be applied to the pre tax order amounts of $316.00 (8% is $25.28) and $102.35 (8% is $8.19). My Total cashback applied to my account for these orders should be $33.47.

You provided us your order number and although it takes 45 days for AT&T to resolve and credit the cash back we decided to credit you immediately from our own funds and it is now in your Coupon Cactus account. Pay day is 5/15/15 and your check will be mailed along with all other Coupon Cactus member checks. Currently the situation is exactly where it would have been if you were credited automatically so there is no issue at hand.Enjoy the cash back![redacted]
