We offer an estimate upfront for drain cleaningWe quoted the customer upfront for serviceThis is a flat rate price based upon the average time it take to perform said serviceUnfortunately this service was performed quickly and the customer doesn’t feel like they received value for the service If it took us longer than expected we wouldn’t be able to collect anymore than quoted for serviceAfter our services were performed to the customer’s satisfaction they received a price from someone else saying they could have done the service for lessThe customer agreed to the price and signed that the work was performed to their satisfactionWe will not be refunding anything in this matter

We in no way took advantage of this customerIf the party complaining felt there mother wasn’t competent to make a purchasing decision they should have made it for her.Anyone can find things on the internet cheaperIs it the exact make and model? Does it include state sales tax and shipping? We make up our parts a standard 25% the way we lowered the price to the customer was offering a 1/hp disposal instead of a 3/4hp disposalOur rates are what they are to everyone and we did not take advantage of someone due to their ageWe will not be issuing a refund in this matter!

We did perform an excavation on 8/15/for Ms ***Attached is a photo of her property mounded to rough grade to allow for settlingIn addition there is a copy of Ms [redacted] contract attached which states in paragraph that we will backfill and grade the excavated area to ground level and mound to allow for settlingIt also states customer is responsible for all landscape repairs.If Ms [redacted] would like we can return for an additional fee of $and grade to finished grade after lawn has settled

I spoke someone from Roto rooter and the issue was resolved by another plumber and I 100% sure who I talked tooThey may have given me the wrong info but I gave them the right infoI know what phone number I called and I know the names they gave me and the names on the receipts and invoicesThey just did not handle this particular incident correctlyI also informed the guy who followed up by phone recently how I was given different prices for the same job they initially did one price being $ + the other $the plumber that corrected the problem charged $I suggest they work on their communication among each otherI will do further business with them Thank You

I spoke with Janet todayI asked if we could come out and resolve the issueShe stated she had another plumber fix the problemI don't know which office she contactedWe don't have anyone named BobWe normally resolve all issues to the best of our abilityShe might of reached another branch we
have no record of a complaint of service other than this one

I paid Roto Rooter $4256.00 for work done on my property. During the process they dug up 3 huge boulders that are still on my property. I am asking that they be removed. I have no means of removing them.

The customer agreed to the price and signed that the work was performed to their satisfaction. We will not be refunding anything in this matter.

We have already issued a refund in the anount of $30.00. We are offering another $70.00 totaling $100.00. We do not feel that it was negligance. It was an accisdent and this is as far as we are willing to go in this matter.
